Friendly staff, clean room and nice breakfast.

The check-in member of staff was very efficient, thorough and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very nice.The rooms very clean.

Great staff. Good breakfast. Large comfortable room. We used the on site laundry, which was very reasonable and the staff was very patient while helping me translate the settings.

Although the staff was helpful and wasn’t their fault. The bed had stains on the sheets. Front desk was helpful but the stay wasn’t like the pictures and not located in an area tourist friendly.

The staff at Krone Bouchs was friendly and very helpful. There was an issue with my credit card on making my rsvp but they sent me email in advance giving me all info for checking in as we arrived late. Our room didn’t have a view of lake as hoped and was very hot with no a/c.

Buochs lovely but hotel has challenges. Rooms on the street side are extremely noisy. At all costs, ask for a room at the back of the hotel away from the main road. No air conditioning, so very hot in summer months. Ask for a fan - none was offered but we noticed some rooms had them

Room was hot, 1 slow table fan, when asked next day got a 2nd table fan. Mattresses were rock hard, pillows hard too, could not sleep. Had to open door/ window at night but no screen doors so was nervous about things crawling in. Area was amazing, view around was awesome. Management was helpful. Quality of equipment not to US standards

Excellent stay after long drive.

The property was amazing . However the customer service not great at all. The gentleman in the Night Shift was nice, however The lady in the kitchen when we had breakfast was rude. My fiancée spilled some milk because the milk container has an issue opening the lid. He offered to clean what he had spilled. She started yelling at him in her language and then continued to comment the event with one of the guests …. Accidents happen, the staff needs to adjust their reactions….

Lovely location. Stayed as a pit stop between Reims and Italy. Hotel is fine although rooms are a little tired. Only one person manning reception,bar and restaurant but was eager to help. Free parking!

Friendly staff and a nice breakfast buffet. The room were comfortable, clean and bigger that 'budget' chain hotels.

Perfect for stopping on a road trip. The water pressure is great it’s very quiet small option for breakfast. If you need a beautiful little area take a walk by the lake you won’t be disappointed.

The room was very clean and nice. We were placed in the street side of the property. If you stay ask to be placed on the other side. The street is very busy so we did not sleep well through the night.

Great town centre hotel in Buochs, with good sized rooms and helpful staff. Breakfast is very good. There is also a Bar/Restaurant on site.

Lowest quality than imagined and showed on pictures. There’s no queen bed, just 2 twin beds placed together. Smells bad, mediocre food (but expensive) Avoid
