Excelente regreso sin duda

Cozy room with a touch of the old.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Outstanding service from the front desk. Amazing restaurant shared with sister property Pensativo. The Porta group never disappoints with their customer service and their concepts of hospitality in their properties. Each one is very individual but consistently maintain excellence.

A little gem in Antigua. Great personnel at the restaurant, the room service and the front desk. The restaurant is on the top with volcanos views.

Lovely hotel with excellent service

This is a great poace to stay. Staff is super friendly and are always eager to help, genuinely seeking solutions to any issues that may come up.

Really was a great property only issue with us was the shower head keep dripping water could not close the valve for the hot water in the shower causing a sauna in the bathroom due too keep leaking hot water couldn’t really sleep with so much noise of the water dripping but other than that really safe place

Our stay here was fantastic. The service was welcoming and efficient, the grounds were well kept and pristine. They offered complimentary breakfast, water and cookies in the lobby and the rooms were cozy and clean. The breakfast is absolutely to die for, would definitely stay here again if we were to find ourselves back in Antigua!

Excellent and intimate 10 room hotel but with access to the spa, gym and restaurant of the larger Porta Hotel around the corner. It feels more like you’re staying at a beautiful home than a hotel. Breakfast on the roof terrace was excellent.

Wonderful staff, and great location.

This honestly was the best hotel I think I've ever stayed at, and I've traveled quite a bit! Centrally located before enough away that you can sleep quietly at night, beautiful and local features and decor, anything you could need if you forgot something at home, beautiful volcano views right outside the door, and sister hotel with an incredible pool. Oh, and of course, very affordable. Grateful for my stay!

The staff is very kind. The rooms small but it’s a great facility and close to everything.

Fantastic breakfast and super clean/comfortable rooms

Hotel súper lindo, cuidan los detalles con los servicios complementarios que te hacen sentir muy especial. Gran servicio al cliente, el personal es muy atento y en mi caso resolvieron sin mayor tema una confusión que hubo en la reservación con relación al total de huéspedes en la reservación. Solo haría falta que renueven sus TVs por unas que permitan el uso de plataformas de streaming y corregir la gotera de la ducha.

Todo tan limpio y organizado como la primera vez que estuvimos, hace 5 anios . Gracias

Excelente atención y desayuno

This beautiful hotel is decorated in stunning Guatemalan design. The plants, pool, fountain, and rooftop terrace added quiet tranquility to this small hotel. The service was attentive and thoughtful. Breakfast at its sister hotel - Pensativo - was fabulous. Fresh food, excellent service, and gorgeous setting. I hope to come back one day. Book this hotel and you won’t regret it!

This hotel is beautiful and quaint as it only has maybe 10 rooms. The staff is very friendly and welcoming! You also have access to a couple of other hotels and their restaurants and amenities.

Casa Encantada was exactly what I was looking for: a unique boutique hotel; cute, clean, safe, and walking distance from main Antigua shopping and activities. Staff were super helpful and courteous; and I was extremely pleasantly surprised to be offered the suite when I checked in. Only suggestion I have is to please deep clean the bath tub. Nonetheless, I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you!!
