Outdated, small bathroom, small shower.

Great breakfast and all the staff deserve the highest note. Very friendly! I would have given 10 but I had to deduct points due to the noise (there is no soundproofing walls), you can hear the airplanes and other outside noises and also the internal noises from the corridor. Also bring your own pillow if you are prone to develop a neck pain like myself as the pillows are very high and felt very uncomfortable. But overall is a very good hotel in a great location with lots of options to eat and there is supermarket and pharmacy nearby.

Excellent service, amazing breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. The only 2 negative points are: Pillow is very high, I developed a neck pain and it is a noisy hotel.

Recepção extremamente burocrática e lenta . Café da manhã abaixo da expectativa. Ótima localização. Quarto não está preparado e decorado para três camas, deixando visualmente desagradável.

The check in took 2 hours to complete. It is done via an online system which requires the propertys confirmation number, something that is not included in the hotels.com confirmation. The check-in procedure also required a cpf number, which only Brazilians have, and which did not permit the user to conclude the check in. The response from their "customer service" was pitiful. Each message took over 10 minutes to get a reply to. I don't know what passengers without WhatsApp or without data would do in order to check into this joke of a property. Once inside, the sofa was completely devoid of any cushioning. The bed was comfortable enough though the room in which it was placed was tiny. A cheap motel is a better place to stay than this.

The staff was so friendly it made the stay even better.

Nice room with all the amenities. Quiet atmosphere. Buffet breakfast a plus. Friendly and courteous staff. I will recommend this place.

This is a wonderful hotel and the staff is very kind and helpful. The room was clean and modern. I highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future.

The crew was good. The building, however, is not new, and guests should not expect great view from the apartment.

The locations is really great but the pictures of the property are not accurate at all. They had to change us 2 times from rooms because they didn’t clean on. Time and the key din’t work. It was very annoying

El hotel estq muy bien cuidado. El cuarto es grande y comodo. Desayuno muy completo y la zona es muy segura con infinitas opciones de restaurantes . Lo.unico que no me gusto mucho es que la cama es una matrimonial de 1.4 , muy chica !
