Friendly staff, easy and quick check in. Room was clean and comfy.

Easy to get to from the train station. A number 3 bus stops outside. The welcome was friendly. Our room was reasonable size although with large bathroom and large toilet/shower area. There were enough coat hangers, a safe, kettle and a free bottle of wine. The bed was comfortable but the room was far too hot unless the window was left open all night. We were told that the air conditioning was set for the winter although daytime temperatures were 20 degrees plus. The breakfast area was well laid out with plenty of choice although no option to have an omelette. We were pleased overall. There was a sunny or shaded patio area with a few seats. The hotel is well located about 15 minutes walk from the river and main tourist sites. We would return.

Loved the hotel and location, but was uncomfortable at night when it seemed we could not change the room temperature. It was too warm.

Taking into account the high temperatures during our stay we were not able to use the air conditioning as it was set to warm, this lead us to sleep with an open window due to the warm weather and the noise from outside was terrible and we couldn’t sleep well, also the TV set was not working and although reported it was never repaired during our stay, very disappointing considering the star rating and the ano we paid for our stay

Having requested a room with a view we were rewarded in spades. Room 301 was beautiful, thank you. Only complaint is I’d have liked coffee in the room rather than having to go down to the reception area for a drink as I don’t drink tea. Frontage of hotel does not reflect the beauty inside

Fantastic hotel! Room small but very nice. Very well maintained and super clean. Great breakfast downstairs past the Roman ruins under the floors visible through the glass panels. Great location too!

The hotel and staff was amazing but we have a little issue. I left my sunglasses on the sofa in the lobby and I asked them to shown me the video cameras bcs someone took them but they said that they don’t have access. For the rest the hotel was great. Very clean and the staff was great and friendly.

The room they gave us was in the basement one floor lower than ground, smelled like the sewer system all night and we could not sleep. There was also a door in the room that was locked that we think was the sewer area and we heard toilets flushing and the sound of water all night. The reason the hotel gave us for giving us that room was that we booked the room from hotels.com at 10 am and checking in at 4:30 pm and this is the reason we are giving you this room. Totally unacceptable behaviour and treatment. Also at the end they wanted to double charge us saying we have not paid, although i kept showing the payment receipt from hotels.com to them. The taxi was waiting for us outside and charging us but reception insisted we had to pay again and finally they accepted they had made a mistake. Would not recommend this hotel at all.

Overall “average” stay. It started out poorly because they put us in a room on the lowest level (which is underground). We requested and they changed our room to one on the 1st floor but that room was small. The breakfast buffet was nice and they were friendly at the hotel, however.

Hotel was very nice, room nice and clean. This is located walking distance from restaurant. Probably about 8 to 12 minutes walking from the attractions around. Parking is really down the street, but not as bad as some people mentioned. My only complaint is the air conditioner (AC) was set to heat mode. Means that the mode is set by the hotel. This can be running on heat OR cold. In other words, you will not be able to set this to cold mode. It is one or the other. So, we had to leave the window/doors opened thru the night to get cooler air inside the room. We are not used to do this. Still staff was very nice and friendly, and helpful.

Comfortable and convenient base to explore Cordoba. Just a few minutes walk to all sites in Cordoba.
