The room and breakfast were very good. Our challenge was getting into our room. It took three attempts to open our door. The last attempt required the assistance of a very friendly and capable maintenance fellow. Thank you to this gentleman.

We have stayed here multiple times in the last 2 years however this time was very disappointing

I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Toronto Vaughan. The suite was spacious and thoughtfully laid out, with separate areas that made it easy to relax, work, and get ready without feeling cramped. The room was clean and quiet, creating a calm and restful atmosphere. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which made a big difference after a long day. I also appreciated how smooth and efficient the check-in and check-out process was, the follow-up phone call after I settled in was a really nice added touch, and all extra amenities were included exactly as described. Overall, the space felt welcoming and well-designed, making it easy to settle in and feel at ease throughout my stay. We will definitely return and recommend it to others.

no bathtub no suites with the bedroom it was very busy this week had a hard time getting towels other than that. It was OK. Breakfast was good.

Our room was clean but there was no lock on the washroom door. All the staff were great especially the staff at the buffet breakfast.Always smiling helpful and polite!

Great room, clean and a good size. The eggs, potatoes and meat from the continental breakfast had little flavour and were cold (the rest of the food was fine though).

Travelled witn 4 adults and 2 kids. Booked 1 room with 2 queen beds. Very spacious and clean. Bathtub is seperate from the toilet which is very convenient. Comes with sofa and trundle bed. Staff are very quick to attend your needs especially housekeeping. Breakfast is good as well. Highly recommended!

Everything for the most part was wonderful, the room was clean and spacious, the Breakfast was good with a lot of variety. The pool was nice , but i felt the hotel had a problem with the hot water. The shower was not hot and neither was the hot tub. But overall i would stay there again.

The room was clean, well designed and decorated. The staff was friendly and willing to work extra hard to make our stay pleasant.

I said good not great. Staff was good, location convenient, amenities were good.

During check in staff did not ask whether I needed parking. I did not know hotel offered a lower parking rate. I ended up paying at the meter which was what I thought I had to do and costed more. I only found out during check out and the staff did not seem to care.
