The room was spacey and bathroom was clean and have more than enough towels and toiletries to last us for our stay. The front desk staff were efficient and bi-lingual which was helpful to our non french family.

It was good. I like the Best Western chain. The staff was super friendly. The only problem was we weren't able to get on the rooftop because of construction and somebody thought they needed to sweep the stairs in the stairwell at 2 AM.

The hotel is on the outside of the city center Walking around the area was a great treat Lot's of restaurants and quiet City center is basically a mall with no traffic

The hotel staff was friendly, and the room was a reasonable size and clean. The breakfast offered fresh orange juice and was enjoyable. However, there was a discrepancy in the advertising, as the hotel lacked a swimming pool and rooftop access.

Arnaud and the other staff members had exceptional service and they were warm and friendly.

The hotel is in a nice walkable area near shops and restaurants. The staff were nice and helpful. We enjoyed the convenience of sending out our laundry. The only problems are the air conditioning could not keep up and we were hot and uncomfortable all not and parking is available but not included in the price. I had to move my car at various times to take advantage of free street parking from 9pm to 7am.

The hotel was not as I expected but the staff was very courteous and professional, so I would still recommend Kyriad.

Needed a last minute hotel to stay at en route to ferry next day departing from Travemunde. Hotel was clean and we got two rooms that were connected so worked out well with our two kids. No restaurant in hotel but a breakfast buffet was available on the morning at least. No secure parking available either so parked opposite hotel which didn’t feel completely safe as there were quite a few dodgy characters lurking about. Thionville itself was a pretty run down town with low class restaurants and clientele so after walking around the town for an hour or so it was nice to get back to the hotel.

Very cozy, spacious, and clean room, great for relaxing after a though day at work.

Nice hotel in the town near to some really good restaurants. However not sure why it is a 4-star as it does not have many facilities.

We were really excited to stay at the hotel because of its perks such as the roof top garden but unfortunately we were told it was closed off for the week and wouldn't be open till the end of the next week which was very annoying. The bedroom AC didn't work. Overall the staff were really friendly which was nice.

We stayed our 1st and last night of our vacation since our plane tickets were for round trip to the Luxembourg airport which is a 1/2 hr drive and we had a car. Our vacation was in France. We loved the location, great staff, very nice and modern decor, good space in room and bathroom. We had breakfast both stays. Very nice breakfast room and wonderful food and choices. Hot and cold options. Lovely staff in breakfast room. You can easily squeeze fresh OJ! What a treat. Would absolutely stay again( we did). One more thing, we wanted to eat at a restaurant a couple of minutes walk from the hotel on our return trip that was closed on our 1st visit. We arrived Sat night at 7 and the lovely man at check in offered to see if he could get us in and he did at the time we wanted- it was a very busy night there and a wonderful dining experience and we were so grateful to him for doing it. People were just showing up and they were turning them away.

As expected have used regularly for business trips

Was recommended this hotel by family who live locally. The position of the hotel is very good, central and next to a local shopping center. Staff overall are good especially Thomas at reception - he could not do enough for us and is really an asset to the hotel. Big plus is the bar that is open all day and night, but beware, there is a beautiful rooftop terrace available for which you are charged $19 euro an hour (and that does not include drinks)- ridiculous really - the terrace should be available free for hotel guests! Have never heard of this system at all? As for the rooms, a bit disappointing - no bar fridge, shower is awkward to use and we actually had no hot water one late evening - definitely a no-no in this industry. We also had issues with the temperature control in our room - only to find out that ALL room temperatures are controlled centrally by some system so that the temperatures are either set for cool in Summer and warm in winter - problem is we encountered hot weather and the heating setting was still on making our room hideously hot until they could change the whole system over. The hairdryer was dangerous, with a hose that blows the heat through to the handheld dryer, which becomes searing hot whilst in use (why not supply a normal hairdryer?). The BIG problem is this hotel is trying to be energy saving, environmentally friendly with all these whiz bang systems which really do not benefit the hotel guest at all. Probably would not stay there again.
