Very comfy, I couldn’t get the central heating going , shower took a while to figure out, glad I chose a larger room, not sure I’d have been happy in a smaller room over all I’d say 7/10 from me

Ideal for my needs. Good location & suitable places to eat nearby. Self catering opportunity also useful. Well equipped kitchen and Sainsbury local directly across the road!

Basic but adequate for an overnight stay for a site visit. Wouldn’t recommend for couples or families. Check in and all communication regarding accessing the room was excellent

Very well laid out, clean and tidy, rooms had everything you need. Able to cook your own food, lovely kitchen very quiet at night, Martin was friendly and helpful.

I did a one night stopover, had to be in the area. Room was absolutely fine for a solo stay. Basic, but yes, there was a fridge and microwave I did not use. Shower was good. Cannot complain, felt lucky to get the final parking spot

We only stayed one night, it was literally a stop over to sleep. It’s all we needed. The room was a little out dated but didn’t affect the stay. It was clean and comfortable. Simple as that.

Excellent, clean and convenient lodge. Rooms are equipped with everything you need for a nights stay and there was good communication with the owner before we arrived. Definitely recommend.

Very nice choice and friendly staff

The landlord was very helpful, the place itself was clean, issues were not enough parking at place when full and I was in the front room and there were families staying who’s children were very noisy in the morning and adults were noisy till early in the mornings

It was in a convenient location for our visit, it had good parking and a family room which we wanted.
