Quite mediocre obviously trying to squeeze out value everywhere. Not worth it. Also breakfast too expensive for what it is.

I was satisfied overall. Only parking was an issue costing a lot for 3 days

We loved our stay at the Doubletree. Spacious rooms, with easy access to Schonbrunn palace, and accommodating staff. For kids in particular - plenty of room to keep strollers in the room, great infant bed, and a bathtub the littles can use. We would gladly stay again with our family of four.

We got greeted by the reception and asked if we would like our welcome cookie. Where was directed to the room and on entering the room it was lovely clean tidy and to a high standard . In our room we had a safe and a fridge no coffee machine but a tea and coffee tray. The rooms get cleaned every two days which is fine with us. The bar meals is a limited menu. Was impressed with the A/C in the rooms. The transport links just outside the hotel are frequent and accessible. Would highly recommend this hotel to any couple.

The hotel was a very nice place to stay at, the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Also the staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot to offer. The location was decent to and walking distance was handy. I definitely recommend it

Excellent staff. Lovely room. Great location about 15-20 min from central Vienna, very close to Schonbrunn palace, but far enough out for a quiet stay.

Wonderful Hotel next to Schloss Schönnbrunn. The rooms very quiet and spacious.

Close to Schönbrunn Palace and a metro station. Spacious suites, nice property.

The housekeeping was terrible . The main resturnat was closed .

The staff were great and we had an upgrade as we had mistakenly booked an accessible room and turned up very early.

Good hotel

My friend and I stayed here over a long weekend while we explored what the city of Vienna had to offer. While we had a great time sightseeing, we experienced several issues while staying at the Hilton, albeit, not all of them could have been rectified by the hotel. During our first night, we were rudely awoken by loud roadworks right outside the bedroom window which consisted of drilling, shouting, and other work-related sounds. We brought this to their attention the following day where we were greeted with essentially a shrug of the shoulders stating they were not working that night. Moreover, we were informed that our room would be cleaned every second day, yet to our surprise, this did not happen. When reported to the desk, they informed us that they would get it cleaned straight away but when we returned to the room later that night, the room was in the same state but with clean towels left by the door. When staying at a hotel such as a Hilton, I would expect this as a minimum. Overall, the hotel was clean, well kept, and in a great location, however it was these experience that have led us to leave this review.

Food choices aren’t many!

The check in was quick. Ms Vollenta was friendly and helpful. She did the check in and help me when I needed a bag for the groceries bought at the lobby. She gave us the famous Hilton cookies. we arrived late night, there is no room service in the hotel but there is a mini groceries in the lobby with all drinks and good sandwiches especially the Tuna sandwiches since we are Muslims so its a good choices for us. The room is cleaned, good size and good internet. The only thing is the Front Desk dont answer the call if you call them. The breakfast is good. Highly recommend the hotel. We would stay here if we are in Vienna.

The hotel is very comfortable. Room was not serviced during our stay, not even the coffee or Kleenex was refreshed. When we requested replacement coffee from the front desk, they sent coffee pods that couldn’t be used by the coffee equipment in our room. The hotel said they would provide parking discount, but their explanation on process didn’t work at the ramp exit so we had to quickly pay full price at the credit machine to allow exit without disrupting other vehicles trying to leave. The restaurant was closed in the evening and there were not restaurants close by. The bar was open with a limited menu.

I loved staying at Doubletree. Best location and has easy transport connections. The hotel was spotless and spacious. Very accessible and the staff was warm and very welcoming. At walking distance cafes' are available. I would recommend it and will go back whenever I visit again!
