Hotel is located in a much quieter and peaceful area. Public transport easily available and many tourist attractions are nearby.

Friendly staff with good service. Lavish breakfast. Room was nice. Location is at a peaceful area and walkable distance to Schonbrunn palace. Other City attractions are away from this location. Taxis are a bit pricy but Uber and City transit are the best options.

Love spa center. Did not like the hours 4pm -10pm only.

A modern Hotel surrounds by nature. Walking distance of Schonbrunn palace. Near public transportation. Very good breakfast.

it's perfect location for if you visit Schonbrunn palace. A bit walk distance to subway but there is trams station front of the hotel. Only thing I was bit upset that cleaner took my extra key from my room and return it to front desk. but overall, staff was nice, clean, and spacious.

It is very poor that there is no room cleaning or service each day. It is great that beds are only changed every three days unless requested and towels only changed if left on floor. But to only come to the room every two days is unacceptable. This is not an AurBNB. If you check in shower and have a cup of coffee/tea then the next two days you cannot have a shower (only with a wet towel as no facility to dry the towel), and no coffee as you have used it and there is no replacement. J til the third day. I can only say stay for one night, beyond that there is no service. Very very poor and disappointing from a big brand hotel.

We were disappointed.Probally should have booked a deluxe room absolutely no view facing another structure We returned to the hotel the second night to find the room had not been cleaned or beds made When I inquired they said the rooms only made up every second day This opinion should be a decision made by the guest. Having had issues with other Hilton stays we probably will avoid booking a Hilton in the future Other

I was surprised there was not a restaurant for evening dining. I would’ve expected to be able to dine at the hotel in the evening. Otherwise my stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were very nice and helpful. Very close to Schonbrunn Palace and the tram.

This property is located only 5 minutes from the Schonbrunn Palace. You can catch the Hop on Off buses from Schonbrunn. Loved the property itself and the breakfast was good. Parking is located under the hotel.
