Communication difficile , voire absente. Clients permanents louches sur place, pas de réponse à nos courriels, piscine et spa à la propreté gravement douteuse, spa volontairement gardé froid, tâches de sang et autres détritus dégoûtants sur les rideaux, murs et planchers des chambres, terrain et bâtiment terriblement négligé

Very good stay!

l'air climatisé fonctionnait silencieusement, ce qui est assez rare. Cependant, considérant la proximité de l'autoroute, s'asseoir sur le balcon (dalles au sol) était exclus. À part cela, c'était correct.

Parking très grand

Nous avons loué 3 chambres sur 3 seulement 1 était ok la chambres 109 avais plein de fourmis sur comptoir sur le mur et sur le tapis qui etait plein de tache, la chambre 110 sentais la moisissures et la cigarette c'était dégueulasse et la 111 était correct je ne vous le recommande pas.

I wouldn’t stay there ever, would rather sleep in my car. Aunts everywhere, smells like a retirement home, AC hardly works, internet is very poor. This place needs to be renovated and brought back to 2026, it is stuck in 1970 and you could tell. For being walking distance to hub of town, they could return patrons every weekend. Never would I stay there.

Escaliers et couloirs un peu sales .

Would recommend a stay at this non-chain hotel in St Saveur. In general, hotel well kept and cleanliness very satisfactory. Location is very convenient to basics of town. A/C performed very well and hotel has its on indoor pool and hot tub. We plan to return on subsequent visits to the area.

Bon accueil à la réception, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien à notre arrivée, on nous a immédiatement changé de chambre avec amabilité, la literie et le lit super confortable, bien situé, nous avons marché pour aller au restaurant, répondait à mes attentes, oui j’y retournerai .

Nice location, near of everything

Il y avait encore des rester de manger dans le frigo et il ne fonctionne pas

Grande chambre, propre. J'ai aimé la piscine et le bain giratoire. Il manquait de serviettes a la piscine.

The room was nice. They do have an ant problem that I’m not sure how they would fix

Our rooms were very clean, the beds were very comfortable, staff was wonderful, very helpful in getting us checked in. We were even able to check in an hour early which was a bonus! Air conditioning was great, worked perfectly in which was very much appreciated during these hot and humid days. Plenty of parking. The hotel is really close to the center of town, so it makes for easy access to everything in the town from the hotel. We’ll definitely be back!

Well there was a wierd smell in the room in pregnant so i can smell that right away but yeah apart that everything was good 8/10 it was good place

L'espace spa/piscine très bien aménagé. Tranquille comme endroit.
