Stylish hotel, very helpful staff and excellent breakfast

Excellent Breakfast. Many choices including hot and cold food and Swedish specialities. Definitely worth the price. Lovely staff, very helpful and patient, fluent in English. There is a very organised, self-service luggage storage that is free of charge. The window in my room is quite big but cannot be opened, so not great ventilation. The room is clean but given the price I'm paying, I'd say this is mostly expected.

The Room itself was very nice. There were not enough towels for two people. The towels and bathrobe that was on the bed seemed tired and dingy looking overall, it felt like the hotel was understaffed because there was a long line at the front desk each time I approached, and no one answered the phone when I tried to call the concierge housekeeping, and the restaurant service was really terrible. However, our stay overlapped with the Gothenburg football derby (?) so I don’t know if that had any impact on staffing. The breakfast was very good. Again, we felt like they were running out of things constantly, but they did work to replenish the dishes. It was almost a case of the people who were working were working really really hard, but that there just wasn’t enough support in any department to provide appropriate service.

The breakfast was excellent!! The on site restaurant is also fabulous! The hotel is right beside the train station as well as a beautiful park along the canal. Lots of shopping around. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Clean room and Excellent staff

The room was not very clean. Blood was left in the shower and twice cleaning cloths were left in our rooms. The fact the pool cost extra was ridiculous and came with restrictions on when children could use the pool. The booking system was ridiculous. On a positive Amir helped resolve issues for us proactively

Clean room with comfortable bedding and daylight. Staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast has a broad selection, and even has larger cups for tea which is a huge plus for me. Location is perfect - close to city centre and train station.

It is convenient, but too big, busy to offer good service. It feels like checking into a las vegas hotel.

Excellent Hotel! Holiday decorations were beautiful. Rooms really nice. Breakfast excellent. I will be back
