Friendly and always there if needs help

For the price it was ok

The staff were great at check-in, very friendly and helpful. The room was "OK". Could use some updating, but comfortable enough for one night.

You get what you pay for. But I’ve stayed here a handful of times. I like it regardless and they accept pets.

This property was beyond imagination. Basin clogged. Bedsheets used. No toilet rolls. Please issue a refund for this.

Appreciated the kitchenette with full size fridge. Bright room.

The room was a good value for the money. Reasonably clean, bar soap and clothes/towels were provided; but, no glassware of any kind. I suspect because of Expedia's low price, the checkin was 6 pm instead of 3 pm which was a bit of a hassle. They also have you sign a document saying that the price is not guaranteed if you choose to stay longer.

I was kind of struck by there being a fridge, (which was great), plates, glasses, cups... etc. But no eating utensils. I will get some next time I stay. The room does not get a high rating because there were sticky things on the floor, the chair, etc. I was just too tired to ask for another room. The rates are pretty good and I will stay there again.

I stay here a long term period and I didn’t like that is expensive and they don’t clean the room no once and they charge you for everything like toilet paper, clean the room, change the bed sheets

The room itself was dirty. The stove was dirty mirrors were dirty streaks on all. The carpet looked dirty and not vacuumed. No essentials in the restroom such as shampoo and or conditioner no blow dryer. Have a kitchen no basic essentials from cook ware to anything not even dish soap. Drawer in entertainment was filthy hadn’t been cleaned or wiped down. No hangers in closet and not even a bag for dirty clothes. No ice machine. Staff were shoe less and in a McDonald’s shirt. Most of the time near the laundry smoking and I believe pot.

No one was ever there to check us in we waited an hour in a very bad dust storm with 2 very young kids

Pathetic experience. My booking was cancelled by hotel. I didn't receive any text or email. I got to know when i reached there at 8 PM night after travelling around 500 miles. When i enquired, how is it possible, they informed to check with hotels.com. Hotel staff was rude. They didn't even gave time to contact customer care and I was asked to leave. I was stranded at a new place with my family. It felt terrible.

Stove and mini fridge and TV did not work. Secondary door bolt broken. Holes in blanket. No coffee maker, coffee, shampoo.

Only one room. It was dirty. tv was horrible. I would never recomend it. I lost two dollars in vendi g machine.

It is ɓeing sold and things are not working right

I'm giving it a higher than usual rating compared to other guest reviews because it is the lowest price in town and the property isn't that bad due to that lower price. I especially like the small kitchenette even though this is not a suite as it is just a basic room with two beds this kitchenette has a stove a microwave a full size almost a full size refrigerator. I'm not giving it full Stars because they don't provide any ice and when asked was told that it is broken. That big refrigerator made up for the shortcoming because I was able to create ice for my own using the freezer in the refrigerator with bottled water

No kitchen utensils TV not working curtains not latching/ overlapping guest can be seen from outside. Blanket has holes, asked for a toilet paper roll receptionist said there’s additional charge for it. Very poor customer service
