El hotel es muy cómodo, está bien localizado, cerca de restaurantes, comercios, plazas y cafés. La hamburguesa 93 del restaurante del hotel estuvo divina, al igual que las bebidas con y sin alcohol. El desayuno estuvo divino, muy delicioso y completo. Agradecemos a Jennifer, fue muy atenta, amable y hospitalaria.

I’m from Bogota but I moved to the US 18 years ago. I loved this hotel. The location is perfect, close to restaurants, shopping centers, entertainment, etc. The staff is amazing, very kind and welcoming. Breakfast is wonderful and rooms are very cozy. Moving forward, this is going to be the hotel I will stay every time I go to Bogota.

Check in process was lacking, we made online check in, but still had to fill in paperwork; what’s the point then? Rooftop terrace closes at 6, very nice but it is a shame. Very slow elevators, very I mean very… Breakfast was good, staff attentive A/c not cooling well Plenty of very hot water

The room and hotel itself were fine; the issue was that most of the staff did not speak English, so getting assistance was almost impossible. As someone who works in the service industry, being able to communicate with your client is paramount and you'd think that most of the staff would be bilingual. So overall it made the experience frustrating.

Llegue el final del desayuno y solo quedaban los restos. Pero nadie se preocupó por renovar o preguntar si me apetecía algo diferente. En la habitación hacia mucho calor. Me intentaron ayudar pero no funcionó. La habitación no la limpiaron el domingo.

excelente ubicacion, solo falta un poco de mantenimiento a los 2 ascensores. por lo demas perfecto. a mejorar el desayuno
