Staff was very helpful, there was an issue with my room and they were quick to resolve which was very appreciated. The hotel itself looks recently renovated but simple things such as AC and toiletries should be upgraded. Very little airflow / cooling which made it difficult to rest. Bigger hotels like these shouldn’t overlook things that enhance overall guest experience.

Well appointed rooms with balcony! The rooms were modern and clean and bed were very comfortable. The resort was very well kept. Pool was great and offered plenty of seating and umbrella for shade seekers! Lots to do for kids. Restaurant breakfast buffet was decent for continental breakfast items but didn't prefer the hot items offered or how they were prepared. Dinner buffet was better. Great location for access to Cala Marsal and for adventuring to Cala O'dor, Santanyl market and other beach locations. Highly recommend!

Excellent facilities and a very thorough and thoughtful refurbishment. Great quality live music nightly, pool towels available and fridge and TV in room. 3 big pools, and lovely spa facilities including indoor pool and jacuzzis. Cleaning in the room a little light some days, but was OK. Only suggested improvement would be coffee facilities in the room.

Nice place would definitely come back to the same resort. Beach nearby is beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the beach. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel. While the food was good overall, we especially enjoyed the dinners because each evening featured a different theme. This made every meal feel unique, and we loved having the opportunity to try a variety of delicious dishes. Although we did not spend much time in our room, we loved our partial sea view, especially in the mornings. One thing that surprised us was that the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Since there were no windows, the bathroom felt like a sauna after taking a shower. I would also recommend bringing a travel-size hair dryer. The hotel hair dryer is mounted very close to the wall, and the cord does not extend, making it difficult to use comfortably. In addition, you have to continuously hold down the button while drying your hair, which was quite challenging when trying to use a blow-dry brush at the same time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would like to thank all the staff for their hard work and for being so welcoming, friendly, and fun throughout our visit.

We had a great time at the hotel. Great activities, pools, and facilities on offer. The entire site is well maintained and the indoor spa was a lovely bonus. The rooms were nice and clean with good aircon and our stay was quiet. The location is far from Palma but not impossible to travel with buses or taxis. Hotel breakfast was great ever making with lots of choices. Some more umbrellas near the pool beds would have been nice but that is pretty much the only criticism we could think of!

Staff was not very friendly. In the case of purchasing the breakfast and dinner combo’s they would want to charge us for drinks I find that completely absurd. When I brought my own water from outside you would think that I asked them for a loan of $10000 by the way they reacted to us bringing our own water. Additional to that, no parking at all the response was if you can’t find any spots, which were very few at that, you would have to park in the street. In an unpaved road where our rental was at risk of being damaged. I reiterate the staff was very unwelcoming from the check-in that left the whole experience very subpar. The fact that the mini-fridge didn’t consist of 1 water bottle, when it came to check out they said “you should have had a welcome water bottle”. That was non-existent as well. For a very exterior luxurious facility the hotel itself was very dated, tiny elevators that can’t fit 3 people let alone with luggage. The entry into the rooms were super tight and the rooms for being so dated for the price just wasn’t worth it. All around the experience was very undesirable you couldn’t pay me to go back. For a Spanish speaking country and trying to watch TV that is all Deutsches and German with a Netflix that didn’t even work, just was topping on the cake. For the expectactions me and my wife had about the facility we leave very disappointed from how we were treated and how the staff did not address any of the issues, not assuming the responsibility of customer ser

Good points: nice quiet pool, evening meals were good. I'm vegan and there was usually something I could eat. Rooms felt like they had been renovated recently, so quite modern. Beach very nice but if you want a sunbed and parasol it costs over 10 euros. Bad points: I was half board and to have water with your meal it cost 2 euros 60. You can't bring in your own. Breakfast for me wasn't great, not much choice for vegans. Some days I'd just have a plate of mushrooms or broccoli, cauliflower and courgette. The entertainment was just singers in the evening. I saw the animation guy once so I have no idea what they did during the day. Don't think I'd stay here again but it was ok.

Room was a decent size with balcony and a nice view. Breakfast buffet was good and had a wide variety. I was under the impression hotel would have loungers on the beach, but had to purchase. I give it a 3 for the lack of cleaning in the room and pool, and no parking. They only made the beds and changed towels for the 4 days. Floors were dirty with sand from day 1. We didn’t swim in the pool due to lots of bugs and debris. Had to park far on the street.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the check-in process, making our arrival quick and easy. The location is excellent—just a 5-minute walk to the beach, which was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the spa was a wonderful bonus that made our stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here.
