Lovely traditional hotel, very well kept. Location was excellent and staff were so friendly and helpful.

I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson. I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter. The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit. They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance. The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile. It’s clean, The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall.

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area but walkable to the cetre of Berlin. Our bedroom was were large and comfortable and very quiet at night. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, with excellent English. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay !

Clean hotel and friendly staff

4 nights stay. Great greetings from 2 employees. Location was not an issue because 3 tramways were running regularly. We were extremely lucky to have a balcony and used it to its fullest. Excellent restaurant and well equipped grocery store near by. Obviously not downtown but quality / price was my reason to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended. Enjoy.

3 night stay at this hotel. Easy check-in as it was done online so we was able to get into our room a bit earlier which was very helpful. The hotel was a bit dated but clean. Yes I would stay again.

The location was very convinient; the hotel was right next to a tram stop, great cafes, and convinience stores. The staff were very welcoming and the room was clean.

This is a perfect hotel for a stay in Berlin. It's in a cool neighborhood but it is an old family hotel with a traditional, atmospheric restaurant on the ground floor. Trams from the Hauptbahnhof and other major stations stop right outside. The place is quiet and super-clean. Rooms and hallways decorated with old posters and postcards and tin commercial signs. Close to great places to eat and drink, or if you are staying in they have fully stocked minibars, not overpriced. It is marvelous value for money. I only booked here because it was close to an apartment I once spent a summer in. But I will stay again!

Very convenient area and a spacious room. A bit old but that was to be expected and made for a nice vibe. Great shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to public transport, felt safe in the area as two young women. Dinner at the attached restaurant was delicious. Would stay again.

Handy location

Fantastic hotel in safe & cool neighborhood. Plenty of space in the room for 3 teens and me. Easy location to walk into the heart of Mitte or jump on the tram. Highly recommend.

Lovely neighborhood

The hotel staff were very kind and goo-natured. Our only concern was the lack of ability to cool our large three-person suite. There were two small fans in the suite; one was a small “stick” fan and the other was a 30-cm-wide circular fan with a weak air velocity and a broken height adjuster. These were not adequate to cool the room, especially as it was on an upper floor. Other than this consideration, we would return to this hotel for a future stay.
