Excelentes cuartos con AC y escritorio, muy cerca del centro pero no del ruido, excelente personal, muy amable.

The hotel is very elegant. The staff is very helpful. I needed ice a few times. They also were kind enough because they had room to let us come in a couple of hours early when we were dropped off. Breakfast was above average (order the pancakes ) and we had a good time nicely located.

They had a wonderful breakfast where you had the buffet, but also can special order eggs your way and various items like pancakes and waffles. All the staff were super sweet and helpful.

This is a great hotel. Unfortunately the room opposite mine had their tv on so load I could hear it despite being on the opposite side of the corridor, but I can’t blame the hotel for that. They asked them to turn it down but I could still hear it at 4:30am! I would nevertheless stay here again because the hotel itself is great and the staff and service is excellent and location is close to everything you want as a tourist.

Moved to second room as first had no window which was quite awful. Very happy with new room. Large spacious bed and room was clean and tidy. Window opened into an internal court yard so no traffic noise. Didn’t have air conditioning so asked for a fan. Breakfast had a good variety of options. Great location right in the centre.

The location was great, only 2 blocks from the main plaza, historic monostary and close to several great restaurants. It had a nice terrace to sit and relax in the evening. We had a very early tour and they gave us a sack breakfast and stored our bags for a day between stays. The only negative would be the Wifi.

We loved our stay here! Everything was perfect. Special thanks to Estefany who was accommodating and made us feel comfortable right away especially after an early flight.

This hotel is very clean, safe and within 5 minutes walking distance to the plaza de Armas. The people working there are extremely nice and helpful. They go above and beyond to assist in any need you may have. I strongly recommend this hotel.
