Very nice spa

Wonderful hotel, beautiful décor and fabulous food, can't recommend enough!

All at The Cheneaudière is perfect: hospitality, welcome, hotel service, people, restaurant, room facilities, spa. They know how to respond to every need without being intrusive.

All staff were so very friendly and helpful, wanting to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Food was gastronomic, plentiful and delicious, accompanied by great wine. Spa was very relaxing. Very comfortable modern bedroom.

Second time here and loved it. The new spa is an excellent addition to what was already a great place to stay. Food is of a very high standard. It is an expensive treat but one you will remember for a very long time.

This stay was a delightful experience. We arrived after a long drive and the setting is out of this world. Just loved the gardens and the ambience. Took heaps of photos. A nice touch was the bird song being played during breakfast. Had dinner in the restaurant and the service and food was outstanding. Really enjoyed our time and a nice touch when leaving they gave us a bottle of water and some local jam. Felt more like staying with an old friend.

Frühstück exzellent, Auswahl im Restaurant zu klein

El hotel es muy bonito, el desayuno es muy bueno, la mayoría de la gente con muy buena actitud, sólo hubo algunas personas que fueron un poco groseras porque no hablábamos el idioma. Nos pareció de muy mal gusto que nos cobrarán 50€ por noche por una cuna para bebé. Mejor deberían de decir que no se admiten niños.

Séjour parfait.

Complexe magnifique, chambre spacieuse et bien équipée, avec terrasse, salle de bain moderne et fonctionnelle, WC GROHE à la japonaise. Installations SPA magnifiques et complètes sur 3 étages. Personnel tres sympathique et attentionné. Un merveilleux séjour très relaxant.

Chambre spacieuse, avec jacuzzi privé très sympa, un peu déçu de l’équipement du spa qui ne fonctionnait pas bien. Personnel accueillant et service très propre Très bien mangé au restaurant de l’hôtel ainsi qu’au buffet des gourmandises et du petit déjeuner

Établissement exceptionnel. L’équipe est d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme sans faille! Le lieu est niché en pleine nature, un havre de paix

Super inattendu ! Très classe! Super beau! Super high tech et moderne dans un environnement naturel et montagne ! Nous avions la villa Harlette qui était bien placée avec un accent privatif au SPA! Nous sommes souvent de passage dans la region et nous reviendrons ! Merci à toute l’équipe!

Séjour détente dans un cadre magnifique Spa et hôtel au top Je recommande

SPA et environnement magnifique. Personnel et cuisinier jeune souriant compétant et au petit soin de la clientèle !! Un 5* proche du niveau « Palace » manque encore le petit plus en terme de satisfaction client!! ( exemples : trouver un « Irish coffee » quand n’existe pas à la carte! Trouver un massage quand tout est full!! Ne pas oublier de servir le client au « Breakfast » en tous cas pas 30 minutes après demande Après quelques ajustements cet établissement aura le niveau « PALACE!! »

Tout était parfait

Hotel absolument fantastique par sa situation, sa décoration, sa propreté, son personnel et bien sûr son spa! Le petit déjeuner est juste exceptionnel.

Magnifique endroit, cadre extraordinaire, très belle prestations. Dommage pour le tarif de la restauration.
