Good clean place to rest

Desk manager Wendy was the best part of our stay- when we had an issue she was so accommodating to make sure we were taken care of. Facility was not quite as nice as others I’ve stayed in, but still good quality location!

A great hotel when we come to visit family, great staff and continental breakfast!

Positives: The property was very clean, and very well located. A nice area, with lots of dining options, near by. Also the front desk staff was very friendly, and informative. Also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Negatives: Our room (205) had NO hot water. And this was a little frustrating considering we were there for a softball tournament, and hot showers would've been nice. But we sucked it up, because we didn't want to pack everything up and switch, especially with being so busy. Also I reserved what I thought was a one bedroom hotel, and while the space was very nice, it was not a "bedroom". It was an open floor plan with a divider near the pull out couch, which also made the TV sit super awkward. And I feel like they should advertise that, instead of a one bedroom. But all in all, it was a nice stay and a beautiful hotel.

Overall, we were very impressed with this hotel. It was clean. Everything seem to be in good working order…absolutely no complaints from us.

Easy check in and check out and clean room

It was a good trip all was great service, and room was nice. Only issue pool and whirlpool was closed due to being green. Was really looking foward to using the whirlpool. Other than it was very exceptional.

Everything was great as expected. I would enjoy bacon in the breakfast meat rotation even more.

TV screen is too small to share with families.

The bathroom was split. The toilet was in a separate room than the shower with sliding doors. Seemed very awkward.

Kind place

The room we had was overall excellent. There were four minor inconveniences. 1. Overall lighting- The whole room especially the two "personal areas" (toilet and shower) were too dim. 2.The toilet room door would not stay closed. 3. The water pressure in the shower was weak. AND 4. The reading light over one of the beds did not work.

it was great! very clean and everything is relatively new.Well maintained, very kind and helpful staff. Breakfast was good as well. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Place is clean, AC is good, and has easy access from highway. But, following points can be improved: 1. Message and questions sent to staff through Expedia message (four days before checkin) had never been answered. 2. Construction site very next to hotel parking lot was never been mentioned before booking on Expedia. 3. No soundproof at all. Thin wall and very thin door.
