My Points

I had booked this for my parents and sister. The stay was wonderful and the hotel was well maintained with a good selection of breakfast. Rooms were spacious and clean with good amenities. 

The facilities are terrible. Old air conditioner, poor bed linen

Hotel was not aware of the booking, they made me wait for confirmation for 10 mins.
Not happy!!!
