Excellent friendly and helpful staff

The staff was super helpful , excellent service.

This was by far the dirtiest hotel we could have chosen. On top of that, the noise from the nearby restaurants was extremely loud and continued past midnight, making it impossible to rest. If you’re looking for a peaceful stay, I strongly recommend avoiding this place.

The staff was friendly! And the environment was so relaxing. The location of the hotel is key!

This hotel is in one of the nicest location and this wasn't the first time we use it. It is a bit aged since our last stay, but the amenities are still good and clean. Staff also are very helpful and accommodating. The only thing I did not like was a room service charge for cleaning, if what you pay for a room doesn't include bed making and a clean up, what is it for then? Mind you we only asked for toilet rolls top up not a clean up.

It was a family vacation for 5 days. We asked for 2 connected rooms but that was not possible. Not even on the same floor. The rooms were in very bad condition. The AC was not functioning on one of the rooms. The internet was not working for the first 2 days and then it was working in a very interrupted manner. There was a disco place accross the street which was producing extremely loud music till 2 am and sleeping was not possible till they stop. The towels were grey not white, disgusting to use. The electrical sockets in the room were not holding the charger plugs of our phones. On the other hand the staff were all very friendly and nice but the property doesn't really deserve even half of what we paid. It was really a very bad experience regarding the accommodation.

This hotel is overrated for the price there are much nicer hotels. Location and view is the only asset. I requested a king bed and I & my wife had to spend 7 nights in a twin bed room although we requested the reception to solve this issue daily but in vain. The TV stops for 3 hours a day and the room did not offer the usual coffee/ tea/ sugar as other cheaper hotels. The balcony was sharing with 4 other rooms so no privacy. Really it was a disappointing stay!!!

the location of the hotel is great close to the sea and Zaituneh Bay and Alhamra shopping center, the staff are very pleasant.

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed, shout-out to the staff, location is amazing. Breakfast is really good with a fab view. Highly recommended

The hotel is on the main road and is extremely noisy all night long, balcony doors are not well insulated so you can hear cars and loud noise all the time

Afronst the sea close to everything..

I have been to this hotel before many years ago but recently it looks been renovated to very good standard ,used to be run down, location also good close to zeitooneh bay and airport but was rather noisy from outside street at night.
