When I stayed there, one of the receptionists was less friendly, the initials were in front of the letter u as I recall. But I forgot the full name in Turkish. Then when I was laundry there the price included expensive (okay this is still not what can I understand) and when I want to take the laundry promise at 10 am, but just when I want to take it not yet (suddenly after I go back to the hotel that night they say laundry is there in my room without saying anything about me). I paid for the laundry and went into the elevator room (oh yes, my room is on the 4th floor) when I want to enter the room, the opening card for the room door doesn't work, I tried three times it didn't work either. Finally I went down again asking why this tap card didn't work, He just smiled and re-input my card data to the computer without saying sorry (I guess the Hu-mini deliberately worked on me) it was proven after. He asked me to make a reservation at the airport tomorrow, I said no. I just take the train. The bus to airport reservation service even though I have already been asked. but they seemed to keep trying. The point is I'm disappointed with the service of this place.
