outdated hotel not worth the price...bad room regret staying here

The service is good. We got an upgrade room because the aircon did not work. Unfortunately in the new room, the bathroom and bidet only have (very) hot water, we can not change it to cold water.

Uninhabitable. This hotel is run down. Broken room. But the review says it's good. Who say it's good to sleep in slums! Misleading! Prices are not much different from hotels in general. But rundown. Broken wardrobe. All broken (saya bayar untuk 3 malam tapi saya cuma pakai 1 malam. Saya pindah tanpa meminta refund, menjebak. Pesan saya cek review dulu sebelum pesan hotel! Very very bad hotel. Saya harap review saya membantu para traveler jangan terjebak. Pengalaman paling buruk!

Very comfortable and nice. Like the place.

It's location is near to train station, Bosphorus Strait, Orient Express, historical sites, cultural performance places, food stalls etc. Front desk staffs were so nice and helpful

The hotel is in line with the budget, although the elevator and rooms are very small. But the location of the hotel is up to 15-20 minutes, near eating places and close to the train tram stop. Thank you to the friendly hotel staff and help us find a rental vehicle that fits our budget.

When I stayed there, one of the receptionists was less friendly, the initials were in front of the letter u as I recall. But I forgot the full name in Turkish. Then when I was laundry there the price included expensive (okay this is still not what can I understand) and when I want to take the laundry promise at 10 am, but just when I want to take it not yet (suddenly after I go back to the hotel that night they say laundry is there in my room without saying anything about me). I paid for the laundry and went into the elevator room (oh yes, my room is on the 4th floor) when I want to enter the room, the opening card for the room door doesn't work, I tried three times it didn't work either. Finally I went down again asking why this tap card didn't work, He just smiled and re-input my card data to the computer without saying sorry (I guess the Hu-mini deliberately worked on me) it was proven after. He asked me to make a reservation at the airport tomorrow, I said no. I just take the train. The bus to airport reservation service even though I have already been asked. but they seemed to keep trying. The point is I'm disappointed with the service of this place. Well, in the hotel room the TV didn't work and the AC remote wasn't there. thanks.
