All good but what really called my attention was the breakfast. It was complete considering that we were not in downtown.

Very nice hotel. Very friendly staff. On site restaurant is a nice feature. The only thing they need to fix is the pillows. A bit to old and flat.

Efficient staff and helpful. English speaking desk attendants helped a lot. Staff was very helpful when we had lights go out in room and moved us to a better room no questions asked. Great restaurant and very nice view from there. Seems more suited for business trips but good value for pleasure trip. Very friendly and helpful staff in every situation we were in.

In a first visit to a place, all I can ask is to find a place that will be clean and offer a good night of sleep. This hotel exceeded my expectations and totally corresponded to price. Place was clean, service was prompt and breakfast very good. They also offer complimentary parking.

Minha estadia foi incrível, uma pena não poder ter aproveitado a piscina pois choveu e ficou frio.. do mais deu tudo certo. Obrigada Equipe do Harbor Querência Hotel, até breve <3

Estacionamento do outro lado da rua e ruim para carros grandes (muita manobra) Funcionários atenciosos Quarto tinha um lençol com manchas. Tv a cabo com apenas 5 canais. Os piores Janela do quarto sem vedação. E traga vento pela fresta lateral. Luz do quarto logo na entrada na apagava no interruptor. Tive que afrouxar a lâmpada para apagá-la. Ausência de elevador. Fiquei no segundo andar com problemas nos dois joelhos. Não volto a me hospedar e não indico

Recomendo a todos pode fazer a reserva sem medo,todo ano vou passar minhas férias em Cascavel e faço minha reserva no Harbor,funcionários todos estão d parabéns,tudo perfeito.

Quarto limpo, atendimento excelente, só o chuveiro era ruim e cobraram estacionamento a parte.
