It was really amazing staying in this hotel. Location wise, it’s in the center of the old quarter so it’s very convenient. The staffs are totally amazing. We were accompanied and assisted by Christina, Tony, Alice, and many more. They were super amazing! The hospitality are beyond level, they greeted us, helped us a lot with the directions, tips and tricks, their english are amazing, and other stuffs. I would totally recommend this hotel to stay!! 10/10 defff!!

The location is also strategic, right in front of Banh Mi 25 and Hanoi Night Market. It's also close to convenience stores like Circle K and GS25.

This hotel felt like visiting a relative's home. The service was super friendly and very helpful with information about our destination and transportation. The food was delicious, especially the spring rolls. The location is very close to Bah Mi 25, coffee shops, the night market, Hoan Kiem Lake, and the culinary scene in the Old Quarter. I'm Indonesian, so I highly recommend this hotel, and I will stay here again if I come to Hanoi. Please improve and maintain the service.

We had a wonderful stay at Classy Boutique Hotel Hanoi. The location is fantastic—right in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the lake, cafes, restaurants, and local shops all within walking distance. The staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations or arrangements. Their hospitality really made the stay feel welcoming and comfortable. The room was clean, cozy, and well maintained, with a charming boutique feel.

Everyone was great, especially Lola, who was very helpful with travel recommendations. The other staff—Alice, Toni, and Tuan—were all very helpful.
