Beautiful vintage property designed with stone, wood beams, and brick. The staff was the best, so helpful and kind. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious. Walk down safe cobbled streets to the beach, marina, restaurants, and shopping. Loved this place.

The hotel has a very pretty outdoor terrace where you can enjoy drinks and have breakfast. The rooms are a little old fashioned but very clean and comfortable. Tiny showers in the bathrooms with very old fashioned built in hairdryers but the hotel does provide good hairdryers upon request. Some of the staff are not very friendly which was a shame as others are lovely. Upon checking out we were not asked how our stay was and when we mentioned being disappointed not to be able to have a 30 minute late check out the lady at reception literally said “it’s not our problem”, not great customer service and there are far nicer ways to say that it’s not possible. Overall a nice place with a very precious little resident dog but wouldn’t rush back.

Great location, very nice breakfast on a lovely terrace. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Shower was bit small and pressure not very good, other than that room was comfy.

As is in Italy, the hotel seemed to be run by a family. We arrived late, past midnight kind of late. They stayed up and ready to welcome us when we arrived with smiling but tired faces. We really appreciated that!

Probably this hotel would get a higher rating if it had a lift. Our room was basic but had a lovely patio adjoining a very green garden. We also appreciated the retractable clothes hanger outside. We really enjoyed having Breakfast and Dinner on the lovely, large patio in front of the hotel.

We stayed at Hotel Santa Maria for two nights. It is a pretty little hotel that's about a 5-7 minute walk to the great little beach of Santa Maria Navaresse. The staff were very polite, friendly and accommodating, and spoke good English. We needed some laundry done, and although we gave it in a bit late in the day, it was washed, dried and folded for us the next morning. We did stay for two nights, but they were not consecutive nights, and the staff allowed us to keep our luggage there and to keep our car in their secure lot as well. The breakfast buffet is included and was very nice and extensive: boiled eggs, sliced meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereal, yogurt. Each room has a balcony/patio and they provide a clothesline and pins to dry out your swimsuit and beach towels. Overall, it was a perfect place to stay and I would highly recommend this pleasant hotel.

We stayed in Sept so it was much quieter than I think it gets in the peak summer months. The hotel was great, pleasant service, decent rooms with air con and nice decor, and a good location not too far away from the beach. Breakfast was great and we also ate dinner here which was delicious snd fairly reasonable. The only negative is that the terrace is next to the road but it is fairly quiet. Would recommend.

Fijn hotel in klein levendig dorp op loopafstand van strand en winkels. Personeel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Lekker gegeten in hotel.

Hotel carino, con tanto verde, vicino alla spiaggia di Santa Maria Navarrese. Buona anche la colazione e la cena. Unica nota negativa il bagno che andrebbe ristrutturato, comunque lo consiglio per vacanze rilassanti.

Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr netter Empfang. Zimmer sind in Ordnung und der kleine Balkon ist auch praktisch.

Wir hatten aus Versehen einen falschen Tag, nicht stornierbar, gebucht. An der Rezeption wurde uns trotzdem kostenfrei ein Zimmer für die Nacht überreicht, also die Reservierung umgeschrieben auf den aktuellen Tag. Am nächsten Tag gab es ein ordentliches Frühstück mit Hygienekonzept. Das auf dem Tisch stehen gelassene iPad war 10 min später an der Rezeption und wurde dank Namenaufkleber sofort zurückgegeben. Zu Fuß runter zum Strand und zum Turm von Santa Maria de Navarrese sollte schon drin sein.

Hatten ein Zimmer im UG. Sehr altes, muffeliges Zimmer ansonsten sauber. Leue wahren freundlich Coronaschutzkoncept funktionierte. Grosser Parkplatz 100 Meter vom Hotel entfernt.
