Amazing location!! Very friendly staff!

Not prepared arrived late and room had no ice . Television down not function and pool out of service which I asked if I can use upon arrival . I will never return but place has potential . Of and they wanted to give me a 20 lbs bag of ice for 5 bucks which is an insult

Everything was breathtaking! The villa was Everything my family needed a breath of fresh air! The pool service from Mauricio was above and beyond! Cant wait to return!

I like the views we had from our condo. Everything about the location to the staff was great. My kids loved the pool area and also that we had howler monkeys outside our bedroom windows. The only thing that was inconvenient was that we did not have a TV. Normally this would not be an issue but the fact that it was in the amenities and this one reason we picked it traveling with kids. We also have a 4 legged son that could not make the trip as it said that no pets are allowed. But when we arrived seen several guet walking their pets.

My husband and I love coming to Palermo for years because it’s just right for us. The villas are comfortable, clean and most have a great view of the ocean and vicinity. However the T.V. Cable SERVICE MAKES THIS PLACE WHOLE. I HOPE THEY FIX THE SITUATION SOON BECAUSE THE WIFI DOESN'T WORK ITS DELAYED AND IT FREEZES ALL THE TIME AND ITS ANNOYING SO YOU CANT WATCH ANYTHING AT ALL. 🙁🙁

A friend and I each booked a villa here. Beautiful place! The problem is, the hotel desk closed at 8pm (not midnight, as advertised). The gate guard had my friend’s reservation, but had no idea of my stay, as the hotel had cancelled my reservation! My attempts to show my proof of payment and reservation # were unsuccessful. I had to bunk with my buddy. Next day, front desk said that my booking was cancelled once I applied a hotels.com coupon. The hotel thought my entire stay was removed, not just the price adjustment. They couldn’t refund, since hotels.com had already taken my payment.

Overall ok, everything is very dated! Staff very nice!

Love the view of the bahia of san juan del sur. Everything is beautiful. My husband and i have been at the palermo for the past 3 years. Hotel.com MUST BRING ALL INCLUSIVE BACK.😁

The service they give you is perfect, staff personnel were great. I have stayed at this place more than three times and I'm always satisfied, I guess that is why I keep going back.

Large villa and generally nice. Lots of ants however, beds were uncomfortable with 2 small pillows, missing dishes and toaster didn't work. Inside of villa was generally clean and pleasant. Far from beach but with a pleasant view. Pool is nice.

My husband and I have been at villas de Palermo every 6 to 7 months and stay 3 or 4 days each time. Under new management and not as fun this time around. Most of the staff are new and inexperience to customer service. All inclusive plan not available and their delicious menu which we loved so much is gone. The drinks are not as good as before. hope the new management thinks about their customers and would negotiate and get some of the old staff back again. I'm sure they'll lighten up the Palermo again.

staff is very helpful and always available. We didn't try the food due to the price, but enjoyed our private kitchen very much.
