The room was trash with a dirty bathroom with mold. Dirty walls a dirty blanket and dirty chairs. This was brought to the attention of the hotel staff they did nothing. They were indifferent. The view of the beach is watch you are paying for as the room is basically a run down motel. They have a one towel per day policy for the pool and rooms so you need to find a way to dry them.

The bathrooms needs to be update and cleaner. There was a guy late night selling drinks on the beach with a loud music until 2am. The staff is amazing can’t complain about that they are really helpful and friendly

I absolutely loved my 2 week stay at Hotel Porto Sol Beach. The staff were amazing, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel restaurant was delicious. The location right at the beach was really great and convenient since the hotel provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and tables. You could also order food from the restaurant while lounging on the beach! I highly recommend this option and would definitely stay there again. It exceeded expectations.

The hotel is in an excellent location with the beach sat directly behind it. The room was spotless being super clean and the hotel facilities were excellent too. All the staff were helpful, friendly and any requests or assistance were dealt with great efficiency. The breakfast was varied and tasted great. I would tecommend highly to anyone looking for a stay in a beach location, where you feel catered for at all times of day.

Quite disappointed in this stay, for the money I don't think it was even being close to a normal standard for this price range.

Multilingual didn't mean English; but we got by and staff tried very hard. The hotel is bright, clean and a pleasure to stay in. Breakfast buffet was great. Beach location and sea view were as described. Only draw back was no restaurant and this wasn't overtly clear in the description; but they ordered pizza for delivery to hotel which was great. Shops and restaurants in walking distance providing not pouring with rain. Would definitely go back.

I have to say the FOOD was OUTSTANDING! Kudos to Leonardo and his restaurant team on delivering first class grub the whole two weeks we were there. The staff was as friendly and as helpful as can be. I have no complaints. Great experience!

O quarto muito confortavel. Equipe solícita e sempre disponivel. Localizacao excelente frente mar. Adoramos a equipe de recreação infantil. Alegra as crianças e os pais.

Infelizmente o quarto foi liberado para check-in sem a limpeza anterior. Estava sujo e com toalhas usadas ainda penduradas. Depois quarto foi limpo corretamente, mas a chegada foi bastante comprometida.

Hotel é bom, com lazer, literalmente pé na areia, mas justamente pela estrutura falta um piscina aquecida; ampliação da sala de jogos também seria interessante.

Hotel é pé na areia com boa estrutura. Limpeza excelente e ficamos num quarto com muito espaço e boa estrutura. Cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, lençois e toalhas de alta qualidade. Itens de banheiro básicos. Café da manhã com básico, saboroso e com alguma variação ao longo dos dias. Funcionários educados e solícitos. Amplo espaço para os hóspedes nas áreas comuns. Recreadores durante todo o dia. Restaurante com bom serviço e boas opções de pratos. Realmente uma boa opção para aquela região.

Hotel incrível, localização maravilhosa, pé na areia, café da manhã bom, roupa de cama boa. Restaurante com preço honesto e comida boa. Exatamente como nas fotos. Entretanto alguns pontos podem melhorar. Precisa melhorar: - o atendimento na praia, em relação ao restaurante, quase não passam atendentes, obrigando os hóspedes a consumir dos ambulantes. - limpeza da piscina deveria ser diária (período do réveillon estava imunda) - redes sociais precisam ser atualizadas, são atualmente onde os clientes buscam informações e quase não há nada atual no Instagram. Mandei mensagem por direct pedindo informações sobre a ceia de ano novo e ninguém respondeu.
