It was lovely. I just wish I knew how to communicate with someone if a problem had arised.

We like this property in generally, almost everything is what we expected: clean, close to metro, grocery nearby, safe and quiet. The only thing we are surprised is there are almost none restaurants and bars in the neighborhood: very different from the apartments of all other European cities we have stayed,

Lovely apartment with everything you needed. Beds were comfy. Only complaint was we couldn’t make the AC come on. Vienna is a lovely, safe and awesome historic location! We did have a bit of a hiccup with access codes, but got it worked out.

Honestly this was not for us. I should say it was extremely hot in Vienna when we arrived. The unit was 30 deg C inside. We enquired about renting an AC unit. Let me save you some money… it was incredibly loud and only lowered the temperature to 27 by the morning. The bathroom is strange, with the shower in one room and toilet in a separate, tiny, poorly ventilated closet. Also, the wifi is unusable. Given all these issues, we checked out early, and to my knowledge did not receive even a partial refund. I think if you are visiting in cooler weather, don’t need wifi, and don’t mind no ventilation in the toilet, this is in a good quiet spot with good proximity to the underground train station Schottenring. But if you’re a family of 2 adults and 2 young adults, find something else.

Absolutely horrible experience, would not stay here again

There was plenty of room for three people, and it was clean. It was a short walk to the Schottenring U-bahn station, so public transportation was easy. The owners were quick to respond as well.

Quiet location near public transportation and grocery. The television screen was tiny and got only a few channels.

Apartment is in a quite area of Vienna yet very close to the centre. Metro station is a minutes walk away providing easy access to all parts. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. Accommodation was perfect for a few days exploring the city. Easy to find and access with door codes makes entry simple. The owners also provide lockers for left luggage which was greatly appreciated. Overall a very clean, tidy and comfortable stay with all things needed available.

This property provides you everything but not convenient. My wife has to use the hairdryer outside the toilet because the power plug is too high for her. No towels hanger in the bathroom so we have to use the cloth rack outside. Towels has some dark spots. We understand they have been washed but it really bring us some bad imagination. Property is so close to metro but you may have trouble finding the exit the first time.

Best accommodations I’ve had in europe while traveling on a budget and cheaper than other places. Very quiet neighborhood that is close to the subway for easy access wherever you’re trying to go, and there are enough restaurants nearby.

The apartment was very bare, which we didn’t mind so much as we were barely there but the wifi was pretty low quality and there was absolutely no air conditioning, nor did the windows opening provide any air flow, which during a heat wave made it hard to sleep.

Very close to City center (10 min on foot), I liked the proximity to the river and the nice cafes there.

A really nice apartment not far from the centre of the city. We were able to walk around the whole of Vienna from the apartment without any problems.

So close to the city centre, walkable in 15-20 minutes, 1 minute to transit station. Very friendly owners, very easy check-in and out. Full kitchen (microscopic but workable), great bathroom. Quiet and secure, we really enjoyed our week's stay.
