HORRIBLE!!! My room was directly over a nightclub the played music so loud it shook my windows until 5am!!!!! I had zero sleep! Staff was rude! and unhelpful. My key didn't work 50% of the time so I had to walk back down almost every time I went to my room to get them to reprogram my key! They would only leave half of a toilet paper roll with no reserve so we ran out of toilet paper every day! DO NOT ReCOMMEND!

Excelente instalaciones, buena atencion, pero el proceso de envio de facturas es un poco complicado. La de hospedaje te la atienden rapido, pero las del restaurant, te toman los datos y tienes que recordar en recepcion, si no no te llegan.

Me gusta pero hacen falta servicios cafeteras el aire acindicionado , el cafe del desayuno terrible y el cable de la television no se puede ver nada . Pero la gente amable ohhh y les hacen falta microhondas y hieleras no se puede guardar nada por q esta muy caliente gracias 🤗

Unfortunately you get what you pay for. No air conditioning just a fan. The second night we stayed the TV didn’t work and the staff, Abigail, said they would have to look into it the next day. This was 9:00 pm. No one to help at 9pm. Ridiculous! I would recommend this hotel if you are just sleeping and leaving the next day.

Buen servicio en recepcion, pero mi habitación el colchón tenía manchas de sangre y el ambiente se sentía empolvado

Este hotel no es conveniente si tu visita a Ciudad de México es principalmente por turismo. No está a 20 minutos derivado al tráfico. La limpieza del hotel no es buena. Considero que es un hotel muy básico para mi gusto.

Pague 5 noches y solo pudimos quedarnos la primera noche ya que no teniamos opcion. La mañana siguiente tuvimos que movernos a otro hotel en el centro. Es decir perdimos el dinero. El hotel esta muy lejos del Aeropuerto y del centro de la ciudad. Algunas personas locales nos indicaron que la zona es peligrosa . Nuestra habitacion no tenia agua caliente, la electricidad solo habia en la mitad de la habitacion, los toma corrientes no servian, la puerta del baño sin cerradura. Las sabanas estaban sucias y percudidas como si no se cambiaran en meses. La verdad no recomiendo el lugar

The hotel is next to the periferico and there are a lot of noise. We can't sleep well.

Mi estancia fue muy amena, el trato del personal fue excelente, tienen todas las medidas de sanidad (gel, indicaciones de sana distancia en lobby, restaurante, elevador), incluso un kit con cubrebocas, gel, toallita y guantes. En el restaurante ofrecen un servicio muy bueno también, las mesas sanitizadas y a distancia. Me sentí muy tranquila y muy bien atendida.

My flight was cancelled and I checked out on 1/27 I was not able to get a refund. It was impossible to reach anyone. The restaurant service was horrible Julio was not nice, my pancakes were cold , no fork or knife were given
