The rooms are small, but the staff is delightful. We found this location perfect for walking the entire town

The location was excellent! We walked to all the sights we wanted to see. Lots of restaurants close by. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The service was helpful and friendly.

Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful, clean & comfy hotel. Staff are very helpful & the surrounding area is amazing.

Look new decoration, but some facility in room are not practical. For example, the night light upper the bed cannot be turned off, which bother sleeping. The rotary button of the shower is too short, so it is very hard to turn on and turn off the shower. However, the bed is very comfortable.

location was excellent, parking was free and close, walking distance to the Old Town, and the room was larger than average. The hotel is beautiful, inside and out.

I was disappointed in that additional items were added to my credit card that I did not purchase. Overpriced hotel. I requested 3 days early check out because we had to relocate because of work, which was approved, but Management denied my refund.

Nice hotel. Very good service and nice breakfast. Just had issues to get the room at the right temp but this is I believe my fault.......

We had a decent stay at the Hotel Cesar. The view out of our room was of this awesome medieval church! It was also conveniently located for walking around Provins. Sadly, it was mostly downhill from there. Weird decor, stale/off breakfast, rickety elevator, and a synthetic animal fur bedspread all made for a somewhat mediocre experience.

A smart hotel with friendly staff in the centre of town.

Very relaxing stay with great weather - walking relaxing, eating good local food and drinking wine. swam in the seine at Grisy sur Mer. Watching/listening to Son et Lumiere at Sens The staff at the hotel were very courteous and we could go in and out of the hotel 24/7 no problem

For an expensive hotel the rooms were very small (and we paid for a larger room). There are no shelves/drawers for unpacking, no hooks/bars for putting towels.

We loved our stay at Le Cesar Hotel. The hotel was clean, quiet and we loved the skylights located above our room! The bathroom was a little cramped as the door overtook almost all the space inside it. We would love to go back and stay for few more days in the future!

Will stay in this hotel again if I travel back to the same city

Interesting conversion, smart but perhaps a bit too clinical. Nice to have secure car park, albeit a good walk from hotel which might concern some. Quiet location in a very interesting town. Enjoyed the terrace, but staff a bit indifferent on arrival and didn't improve - that was the let down to an otherwise pleasant stay.
