Amazing breakfast and convenient location

Dobrá poloha., slušný čistý hotel. Izba mala ale útulná a nič nechýbalo k pohodliu.. Jedine madrace boli trochu mäkké. Raňajky obstojne a dostatočne. Personál milý a bez chyby.

Had a great 4-night stay here. The buffet breakfast had heaps of options and the onsite restaurant was very good. The staff were super helpful and provided local advice. The location was great with transport options really close by!

Comfortable, clean and quiet, excellent location for sightseeing.

Check in at 2pm, 4th floor, digital safe, sloping roof, clean bathroom and bed, shower had very little power, toiletries provided. Breakfast as always was amazing, fried, cooked, continental, plenty of choice and good value, the only downside to breakfast is a lack of seats if the hotel is full and everyone arrives same time. The hotel could do with another lick of paint and a bit of refurbishing, plus it is no longer an all night reception, I think it closes at 8pm or 9pm. Transport links are perfect a tram stop outside and metro 5 mins away, Tesco supermarket 1 min or large one 5 mins

The hotel is within easy access to the main attractions of the city including a hop on hop off bus service a 10 minute walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were helpful and continental breakfast provided in the morning was nice.

Central position close to old town and very good breakfast.

A very pleasant surprise. It was a pleasure to come back to the hotel each day. Room was great, staff were brilliant and the restaurant downstairs was great value with lovely local dishes.

Nice place with reasonable price. It’s in a quiet area and you could walk to every site signing location. Free breakfast has pretty good selections.

The hotel room is very clean and well equipped with all it needs. The staff both in the restaurant and at the reception were very helpful. The location is not in short walking distance from other restaurant and tourist attraction place, but you can easily get in to the town by tram or bus just around the corner. There is a small Tesco Lotus just near by in case you want to cook by yourself (the room also has small kitchen and all equipment you need to cooking). Anyway, the hotel has it's own restaurant which is cook decent local dishes. I recommend you to try it out. We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel with a small toddler, she have planty of space to walk around and we all enjoy stay there.

Although the room was a little small for North American Standard it was very clean. They need to upgrade their security to magnetic cards... had to carry keys during my stay.

This hotel was very affordable, comfortable, and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. We stayed in a spacious 4 bed room, where we all slept comfortably. The front desk staff was very pleasant and accomodating. Both restaurants in the hotel were compeititively priced and tastey. I have no complaints about this hotel.

Desayuno estuvo bien y el personal amable.

Le petit déjeuner est très correct et varié mais les jus de fruits sont sans goûts car trop coupés à l'eau ... La chambre 108 est un peu bruyante car elle a beaucoup de machineries à côté.

Chambre abîmée murs fissurés. Climatisation très bruyante - Ventilation salles bain très très bruyante. Personnel agréable

Recepção atenciosa, quarto confortável, ótima internet, café da manhã surpreendente (não faz parte do nosso cardápio e achei ótimo)

Chambre spacieuse, infusions à disposition. Hôtel situé dans une rue au calme, bien localisé pour visiter à pieds. Petit déjeuner peu varié.
