Hotel overall is ok. Smells like in the hospital in corridors. The room was clean, but it didn’t feel like it after seeing toilet seat. It was like in a public washroom. I hope it was just single time and they simply forgot to clean it. Because we were very tired, arrived very late and stayed only for one night - we could survive. The beach was worth going to Benidorm though!

Booked this for an overnight stay in Benidorm actually don’t want to share how good it is cos don’t want everyone going there !! For us it was an ideal location it was near the old town ideal for the shops and bars and they’re not far to walk into the new town . We stayed bed and breakfast was excellent value for money ,great eating times ,booking in times and booking out times, didn’t feel at all rushed . Didn’t encounter many of the staff but the gentleman on reception was very polite and helpful and all the cleaners were polite and friendly, would definitely use again , especially the roof terrace for adults only which was an added bonus .

Average 3 star hotel. Well located in the city area. WiFi worked OK. Good breakfast available. Some attention needs to be given to some basic maintenance items (sliding door, shower head). If staying here you have to be aware of the fact that it caters mainly to elderly tourists. Overall our stay was comfortable.

Stayed for 1 week at Melina with my partner, would have no hesitation in booking again. Very pleasant helpful reception staff, clean comfortable rooms, neatly placed in the old town away from the tacky nonsense yet close walking distance to everything you would want. Thank you Melina we will definitely be back !

Situated near the old town five minutes walk from the beach, this is more of a 'Spanish' hotel in terms of visitor profile. Its away from the more Brittish areas and the main beach, but if you want all this its only a 10-20 minute walk away. There is an underused adult only rooftop solarium with bar with sun lounges. The main pool and Jacuzzi area only had tables and chairs round not sun lounges but this wasn't an issue for me. Very large bar area with good value drinks. Can't comment on food as didn't eat at Hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful so if you want to say somewhere slightly away from the noise this is a good choice. If you get the bus from the airport its about a 20 minute walk from Av Europa bus stop.

I stayed two nights in this hotel after attending FIB 2017 and I thought this hotel was a little gem! Tucked away in the Old Town but less than a 5 minute walk to the beach and about 3 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Mercado) Didn't eat in the hotel as Benidorm is cheap enough to eat out for every meal. No noise complaints even though my room over looked the front on the hotel where the play area is. For those complaining about no one speaking English, the front desk staff spoke English perfectly and it does no harm on brushing up on some basic Spanish for your holiday. The pool area did look small but very clean, besides the beach is literally down the road! Would recommend this hotel to others and visit again.

The room was very clean and spacious with a balcony. Swimming pool was small with only table and chairs – no sun loungers so you would have to lay on the fake grass on your towel. There is a sun lounging area on the 5th floor and this is for adults only with a very small pool (think of a paddling pool). I wouldn’t bring my children here as no poolside activity and a very small pool. Food was a big let-down for us as it was mostly meat, fish and mushrooms. The only other vegetarian option was salad, pasta or soup and that wasn’t at every lunch or dinnertime, therefore as vegetarians we really struggled. The Chef did his best to accommodate us but other than soup or omelette there wasn’t a variety for us so our money here was not good value. However if you eat meat then you would not be disappointed as there was plenty of it. In addition, if you drink wine then you got a bottle of red and white (I think) with your room number on it and if you couldn’t finish it at lunch then they would keep it chilled until dinner. However like us if you don’t drink alcohol then the only option was to drink water (that’s right – no soft or fizzy drinks available at lunch or dinner!). There was free Wi-Fi all over the building with strong connections and the ability to use the internet on a PC free. Local supermarkets were nearby too along with restaurants and the beach. The staff were very very friendly, even those who could not speak English would do their best to help. When they beca

Genuinely haven't much nice to say about our stay here, we're usually quite positive people, however this hotel failed on so many levels. We were given a room just above the bar with loud entertainment until midnight each night, we then were awoken at 6am by chairs being moved around, so we got 6 hours sleep a night - No one in this hotel speaks English. - despite being advertised in imagery, the pool has no sun loungers, simply hard white chairs! - at least have the decency to update your images. The food was absolutely vile, barely edible. The area is quite close to the old town, however it has a play park just outside, which again contributed to more noise! The only good thing I have to say is that it was very clean. I would NOT recommend a stay in this hotel if you're English speaking.

On arrival we where checked in by a not all to enthusiastic member of staff although it was near midnight. The room had a good size bathroom two double size beds and a tv on the wall which had only one english channel. We had a small balcony which overlooked the swimming pool. The room was fairly quiet. Breakfast was ok. Buffet style, the hot food wasn't very hot but never the less quite tasty. We seemed to be the only non Spanish guests in the hotel and the majority where pensioners. The hotel was a mere 5 minutes walk from the beach and conveniently located in walking distance to to hustle and bustle of Benidorm's old town and shopping streets.

This was a lovely hotel with all the facilities needed for a great holiday but it was ruined for us when we entered the restaurant. I can only describe it as a very crowded free for all serving cold food. What a shame as it could be one of the best hotels in Benidorm.

Stayed on the the first floor facing the street and over the restaurant and the noise for this was terrible. From 6 o'clock in the morning the noise could not be slept through. Noise continued until 10 o'clock at night all day. No English TV stations and no english speaking people staying in hotel.
