Our room was clean and comfortable. We met Emily and her Mother, extremely nice women. Emily communicated quickly with me through Expedia and also WhatsApp. Car parking was available which was a bonus in this area. Not too far walking distance from Piazzo Tasso and Marina Grande. The only thing missing was a coffee machine!

Excellent from the start! The room was perfect and in a great location. Very comfortable with plenty of room for a couple. Emily is extremely thoughtful and helpful. She booked a tour of the Amalfi coast which was amazing. And breakfast each day was wonderful! We hope to come back!!

If you're staying in Sorrento as home base for the Amalfi Coast, consider Emily Suites. Emily was a wonderful host. She allowed us to check in early and even upgraded our room for free. The rooms are on the fifth floor of the building so take the elevator if you got a lot of luggage. Breakfast is wheeled to your room so you don't even need to get out of bed, besides getting the door. The bathroom is new and the shower is very fancy. The windows even have automatic shades. Slightly expensive but this is across the whole Amalfi Coast. Stay here!

We stayed here for 4 nights but never met Emily which i found very disappointing. We never were checked in as we arrived at 12.00 at night therefore we stayed 2 nights before we realised there were shutters on the windows after being awake from 5 because it was so bright. Elena was called in when we needed help with trip booking and Tatiana was great serving us breakfast

A nice place but there is still to improve,good work keep it up At back looks direct to the train station,bit cold in the winter Bathroom towel not changetvevery day,old one been put back up,i was told from the owner that its is not a b&b but this is just a flat with 3 room to rent? Thevmanagementvtry their best but with no catering experience i do not think they will go very far....

Nothing is too much trouble for Emily who will do everything to help you plan your itinerary. Breakfast is more than adequate and delivered to your room. Not having a 24 hour reception is not ideal so you need to arrange your check in and ring the bell on arrival.It is a heart stopping moment when you arrive at a locked door !! If you want a typical hotel this is not for you but the room was great and Emily and her team were really lovely and helpful.

We would highly recommend staying in Emily Suites. Excellent location as it's only a ten minute walk from the heart of Sorrento. Our room was lovely, spacious with faultless wifi connection and air con. Our host, Emily, was very accommodating for our plans and provided us with a delicious breakfast each morning at whatever time we requested. She is extremely helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay in Sorrento is as smooth as possible. Therefore, we cannot praise Emily Suites highly enough and we would especially recommend anyone visiting to stay here.

The room we booked on the 3rd floor backed onto the train tracks and was very noisy when the trains went by. The mattress was rock hard and the air con. was either of inadequate size or damaged. The room was very basic. After speaking to the owners, thankfully we we’re moved to a much more modern unit on the 5th floor where the bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and the air con was much better. The units are quite a distance from the main town on a very busy road, with narrow foot paths. There are very few places to eat close by. Breakfast is served to your room each day, you don’t have a choice, they just deliver a variety of different foods. There is a laundromat downstairs which is very handy. If you have a car, parking is available at a service station across the road for 15 euros per day. The owner Emily goes out of her way to solve any issues and is obviously committed to making your stay comfortable. My suggestion is to stay on the 5 th floor, it’s much more modern and comfortable.

My family and I had a fantastic holiday in Sorrento and the Amalfi coast. Our stay at Emily Suites was great and the hospitality from day 1 was exceptional. Our pick up from Naples airport was arranged by Emily and the driver, Dominico was exceptional as he doubled up as a great guide. Charges for the transfer by private car were reasonable. Upon arrival at Emily Suites, we were shown to our 'Green Room' and Emily very quickly went our our registration process. She was a great help in organising our excursion to the Amalfi coast, once again by private car and with the great Dominico. The extra visit arranged by Dominico to his family garden was an experience in itself. Emily also arranged our boat ride to Capri and the Grottos. The breakfast at Emily Suites was personally prepared by Emily's mum and that special touch is highly appreciated by my family. I would strongly recommend Emily Suites to anyone wishing to visit Sorrento and the environs. The only down-side that I would personally say was the size of the shower cubicle, which was a bit tight. On the whole a great set up!

Good location not far from the main town but a little hard to find if don't read the instructions on the Emily Suites web page. There can be a bit of information overload when you first arrive with details of the room and places to eat and where to go while visiting but they are just being helpful. We found the owner especially great for making a few travel arrangements that eliminated a lot of hassle for us. She is really happy to help and wants to make your stay a good one. Overall a nice experience

Emily was very welcoming with some friendly advice. Great location for the train station and port.
