The staff was incredible and truly went out of their way to make my vacation extra special. I loved the pool, the quaint bar, and the complimentary breakfast! I would definitely return to this property.

Super amazing hotel, staff and breakfast

The property was in a good location, the staff were really friendly and helpful, the bed was like sleeping on the floor it was so hard it hurt. That was the only down side to stay, everything else was excellent.

We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and right by the beach but also has a pool. The breakfast was good with continental and American style food. We had an apartment-style room which was perfect for us. I think it is the nicest hotel in San Benedetto.

Great hotel across from the beach! Pool area is nice and Spa was delightful. Would have been nice to have been told they had a roof top area with whirlpool at check-in... we discovered it while admiring the hotel from the beach.

The hotel is beautiful, the location superb, but the beds ate a medieval torture device. No concierge and recommendations for restaurants etc are Google based, and highly suspect.

Friendly and helpful staff

Beautifully, stylish modern hotel in a beautiful Beach town. Services, breakfast were all most comforting. Hotel personnel are most gracious. My stay was in off season; the surroundings and accomodations were quiet. Excellent stay for rest and recuperation.

City was mostly closed in late November, wellness center was amazing but hard to find meal service.

Great hotel but 4 miles from train station. Beware nothing is open in mid-November! Beach beautiful but no restaurants open.

Great beach location! Taxi from train station is 25 euro at night. Area closed near hotel as winter.

The property was top notch & the room was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately, my wife's jewelry was stolen from the room. The hotel staff didn't seem too concerned when we reported it. They told us to go to the police. We filed a police report & are still waiting to hear back from the police. Beware!!
