Safe secure convenient friendly place. Since had early morn departure, packed to go breakfast. Good restaurant, wifi, heat, nice lobby. Only issue was that hot water before 7 am was not available, they said cylinder freezes. Good beds, clean sheets and towels, good bar, should be more like a Four Star Hotel. Plan to stay here again on return from Machu Pichu

The staff were excellent and the location was good but the hotel would benefit from proper heating and warm bedding.

Property is great, modern, clean centrally located .staff is very accommodating and courteous. Toiletries could improve and a a mini grudge would be awesome!

Spacious rooms.

We stayed for 2 nights in February, and this is one of around 15 similarly priced hotels that we stayed in around Latin America. Well-located, around 10 minutes walk from the central Plaza and its restaurants. Suite rooms over two levels. Very comfy beds, albeit rooms would benefit from better lighting. Hot water, but slow to arrive at showers - fine if you know beforehand but frustrating 5-10 minutes otherwise. Downstairs seating area lined with religious icon paintings offer a striking decoration.

The property had a warm friendly feel. The staff went above and beyond to help my family with a emergency. Wonderful place to stay.

Hotel was really good value for money and the rooms were nice and spacious. The bathroom was massive and with a large spa as well. Breakfast was fairly simple, but not bad. Overall a pretty good stay!

Hotel location is great, staffs are super friendly, however the hotel towels are really old and dirty. Everything else is good.

Hotel exceeded our expectations. Large clean room. Huge bathroom. Very friendly helpful staff. All family I believe. Had dinner in hotel and food also excellent. Decor is beautiful from when you walk in the entrance.They have you sit down for cocoa tea as soon as you arrive. And make you feal very relaxed. Unfortunately all rooms were booked at this hotel when we were to return from Macha pichu. Would definately stay again.

A 3-star hotel with 5-star service! My wife and I had a great stay at this hotel. The accommodations are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is great, offers enough variety and everything we had was delicious. Jonathan and Marcelo are the most pleasant and hardworking guys I've met, they are proactive, helpful and provide attention only expected at a 5-star hotel and are an asset to this place. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel.

We booked this hotel for three nights. It was an amazing stay. Jonathan and Marcel were awesome, helping us with recommendations to restaurants, shopping areas and tours. The hotel is very clean, our room was large with two big beds and two flatscreen TVs, a very large bathroom, they provide soap shampoo and a hairdryer. Breakfast food was pretty good. The hotel is very close to the city center, museums, a laundromat across the street, and the meeting place for most tour groups (at the Cathedral). I highly recommend staying here. I’m sure my husband and I will be back!!

The hotel was very clean, and the room was very spacious. The hot water in the shower was excellent, especially after trekking to Machu Picchu and back. The only downside is that you can hear everything that goes on because of the way the rooms face inward to the courtyard. So, anyone coming or going, a crying baby, work being done, people in the restaurant... you can hear all of it.

The check in experience is ruined my entire stay. While check in, I showed the receptionist the booking confirmation for 2ADULT and 1Child. But she said I had to pay for the Child as she did have the comment. And she called up her manager, end up asked me to pay 10 dollars each for breakfast which supposed to be included in room rate. I refuse to pay and not having breakfast. I initially didn’t want to have breakfast as we have early departure the next morning. But the situation is really embarrassing, not all about money. This is the first time after so many years I made bookings with hotel.

Lovely interior to the common areas, very different from other hotels. Staff very keen to be of assistance. Family room set out as two separate areas either side of central bathroom. Unfortunately, having checked in late in the evening, the room had not been made ready for guests and no towels, soap etc had been provided. Towels when they were delivered to the room, whilst embroidered with the hotel logo, were worn. By attention to detail the hotel experience could be greatly enhanced.
