Bathtub in the room....wow. Clean, fresh. The area is amazing.

No AC in my room, wifi did not work, key card kept failing to work, door pinpad did not work, struggle to check in, no windows in my room, not enough lights in the room and in hallways. Felt like I was trapped

I think their "Superior" room upgrades are just the same rooms but priced higher. There is no proof suggesting otherwise. I even reached out to the hotel and never received a response. No person ever at front desk. Not at all "soundproof" as advertised. Terrace with access for everyone that I asked about before booking was locked and inaccessible. Self check in kiosk has a terrible user interface.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Room was clean but small. Could use extra mirror above desk and 2 bed side tables. Would stay here again

Rooms are cool and stylish. Great location. Check in was somewhat of a nightmare. You have to check in at a location separate from the hotel which you have booked. There was no staff available at the hotel and they didn't answer the phones. The woman at the desk where you have to go was very unfriendly and rude. Upon booking it said that a hot tub and cafe was at the hotel, which is not the case.

Our train from Alicante

Very good location, in the heart of everything. Check in was appalling. No staff at reception. Had no code to enter hotel, lucky other guests were about to let us in. Rooms not ready for check in when we arrived. Bed and toilet facilities generally clean but room could have with a bit of attention.

The location is great and walking around everywhere easily.

The room was very dirty. They gave us very, very small room, absolutly different than the photos.

Room was fair. TV doesn’t work. Staff not available all the time in the reception. Breakfast not bad

The hotel has a reception only until 2:30 p.m., after that check-in is in another building that is 6 minutes away (it's not much, but walking with suitcases is a lot) AND NO ONE WARNED US, this is a clear mistake from EXPEDIA. The Wi-Fi is TERRIBLE and the cleaning staff is very attentive and friendly, but the people at the reception (in both buildings) are very unresponsive. On the 2nd day they warned that there would be no hot water for 4 hours, and the terrace is under repair. It has been restored to new, and it is beautiful, the rooms are super small, and the sink is outside the bathroom, on the other side of the bed (it is crazy to go out with dirty hands and cross the entire room to wash, it is clearly poorly designed ). The best thing about it is the location, because it is right in the center, close to everything.

Great base for exploring Valencia, very close to great shopping & dining areas. Lovely balcony.

I was very disappointed with my stay at Cosy Rooms for the following reasons. The main positive point I'd mention first is the location which is very good for access to the centre and the old town. The beds were also large and comfortable. 1. The noise. Late arrivals to the hotel were incredibly noisy and kept us up very late. The sound proofing between rooms is very poor - you can hear other guests snoring and it kept us awake. 2. The cleanliness. Firstly the sink isn't located in the bathroom which makes washing your hands / cleaning teeth etc quite tricky. The room and shared spaces inc. hallway were not clean. We also spotted a cockroach in the bathroom. 3. The staff were not very friendly. 4. The hot tub is featured prominently on the page to attract travellers but it was empty and unclean when we stayed there - and therefore not usable. I wouldn't recommend Cosy Rooms to others, and were disappointed at the quality especially as the costs were very high (as it was the marathon weekend).

The key barely worked to get into the terrace, and the address I was given was not where I ended up staying

Lovely place

The main picture advertising this hotel is the hot tub on the terrace, when we got there it was off, covered in dust and cold swampy water in it. I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub to relax! False advertising.
