The staff were friendly, the location was good, just a short walk to the beach. However, the room wasn't clean; the bathroom had just been cleaned but wasn't spotless, had a slight odor, and required opening the window. It was acceptable for adults, but not suitable for small children.

The hotel is a bit old, but its convenient location, reasonable price, and beautiful view have made me book here twice.

Although the check-in took a little longer, everything was fine. If you ask if I would stay here again, the answer is yes. I booked at a great price and the room was good, so I really liked it.

The room was small, not well soundproofed, the towels were dirty and torn, there was no landline phone, and the bathroom was not clean.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently situated for easy access to entertainment and dining areas in the city center. It offers a refreshing lake view. Everything was fine until I struggled to find the light switch – I couldn't locate it.

Booked a room according to the quote on the Traveloka app, completed payment on the check-in date, the hotel informed that the hotel and Traveloka had adjusted the price, there was an error on the system but it was not allowed so they told me to pay the difference I feel that the responsibility is between the hotel and Traveloka, but because I cannot cancel, I have to accept to experience it once. Will consider whether to choose next time or not

The room is quite nice. Spacious and airy. However, some of the equipment is not usable. Such as the toilet glass light and hair dryer. Everything else is fine.

The room has a view on 3 sides, spacious room, airy feeling. Fully equipped, has a bedside table with integrated speakers connected to the phone to listen to music very conveniently. The hotel is near the back beach so it is very convenient to go anywhere. Really try it
