The hotel price is expensive...they have no face towel..no toothbrush and toothpaste...can’t cook the hot water....

All the staff was very accommodating and pleasant. I can only suggest maybe for your hygiene side, find better brand for your washing soap detergent because your utensils still have some sort of smell and more options for breakfast. Menu have options but not available. Your staff does great job. I can recommend your hotel to our business group of friends.

Okay, the room, it just works with the water heater and the phone. But the service is good.

We requested our Breakfast to be packed, however, one of our meals doesn't have rice with it. We were already on the bus and traveling to Iloilo when we found out.

Urban Manor is one of the best hotel I've been to. They are strategically located in the city and 5 mins drive to public terminal transport. I would certainly recommend and stay again in this hotel in the future.

They are bery accomodating. Located within pueblo de panay. Good choice for travellers.
