Staff was nice and helpful, rooms are comfy and ample. No AC or heating tough! Located close to shopping centers and airport (by Uber).

Lovely people running it. Bed was great. Breakfast was superb.

Room was clean and spacious but the people who were doing the grass distributed my sleep. It should be done in the afternoon not in the morning while people are sleeping

Room #2 was spacious.

Very nice gardens. Hotel is old and bathrooms may need some rehab but everything is clean. Hotel rooms have mahogany furniture and all windows and doors are made of mahogany, even the elevator doors have wide mahogany frame. Guatemala City is very expensive. This place is worth the price.

I had a lovely stay. The location is really convenient for the green metro bus line. Staff are friendly and the garden /trees overlooking the balcony provide a nice shade.
