Esta vez tuve una experiencia lamentable en este hotel, donde me he hospedado durante varios años. Al llegar, arribé de noche con tres maletas y nadie salió a ayudarme. Un día abrieron la habitación a las 6:30 de la mañana para arreglarla; otro día, simplemente no la arreglaron. El agua del baño no salía limpia y no había botellas de agua de cortesía para lavarse los dientes. La única persona amable que vi durante mis ocho días de estadía fue el señor portero de las mañanas. Para rematar, el último día no había agua para bañarse.

Very nice and clean property, central location and with amenities. I enjoy the bar and breakfast was delicious.

Nice property, but better organization is needed. 1) I was first given a room key which did not work. When I returned to front desk, I was told that there is a problem with the room, and given another room and another key. 2) Entering the second room in the middle of night, I found a lady sleeping in the bed - the surprise of uninvited guest entreing the room was pretty scary to her. 3) I was given a third room. This time the key did not work on elevator. This time the problem was said to be with one of the elevator having as problem. 4) Breakfast buffet was nice if you got there early. By 8 am, there would not be much anything left, and the staff was struggling to replenish the buffet.

Okay experience- the hotel has a lot of potential to be better. Needs to be better kept. Our room sink was clogged after a long trip you can imagine how discouraging that is. We were moved to another room nothing was offered for the inconvenience

Had a inconvenience with check in, the room that I had reserved was not available, but on the second day I was move to the right room. But it took two days for the correction. The night of the check in after traveling over 10 hours to arrive at Bogota not only the inconvenience of not having the right room available I was awaken at 11:45 PM by the front desk to come down to the lobby to go over the room bill that I was over charge for the room tax. Their mistake! I suggested that we can fix that in the morning but I was told to come down immediately other the overpayment would take months to fix? The front desk can use better tactics when dealing with customers, the reason for my flight to Bogota was to attend a funeral in the morning, that was my priority not to be waken near midnight to fix a error by the front desk. Other wise the hotel and the rest of the staff was great particularly the housekeeper crew.
