Very convenient location however balcony overlooking the street into main square. Pretty noisy late at night but did quieten down. Only reservation, otherwise great hotel.

Old room, very loud, only have twin beds pushed together. No duvet, mould in shower

The hotel is a very convenient and the staff are very helpful. the room was clean and the noise from outside was not too intrusive despite a loud bar on the street. The rooms and breakfast was fairly basic, but it was all pretty much as promised.

This was my third stay at the Mar Calma hotel in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel’s in a great central location, the staff are super friendly, efficient and welcoming. The rooms are lovely with extremely comfortable beds. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else

Property was just fantastic. Couldn't have been more helpful to us during our stay. We had a fantastic room with wrap around balcony. The room was very light and airy and very spacious. Impeccable cleaning services and fantastic location. All in all, it was a fantastic stay at Mar Calma and we will be absolutely be back! Thank you!

Was made to feel very welcome straight from check in. Found all the staff was very friendly and went out of their way to be very accommodating. The room was very clean, although been next to main bars was quiet when doors closed

I checked din at 7pm, didn't really use or see any of the hotel, just the bed and shower. It is in a fantastic location (30m from port pollensa centre/waterfront), supermarket 100m. Was very beat tidy and good quality entrance and room Only thing that let it down for me was the shower was cold. Basin water was v hot, shower was not. Spent 15 mins wondering if I was using the controls wrong. Very frustrating. Usually I would go out early in the morning, come back for a shower and then check out. But as the shower was cold, I checked out at 8am, did not fancy another cold shower. After a day on the bike all I wanted was a nice warm shower and bed. Not 15 minutes trying to figure it out then a cold shower. Literally didn't even look around the hotel, so can't comment on it. The staff at check in and check out were v friendly and nice. The hotel looked very nice/classy and clean

From the moment I entered the property to the time that I left, I felt welcomed, relaxed and safe, which was just what I needed in order to decompress after a busy business conference in Madrid. This boutique hotel is located one short block off the center of town for shopping, restaurants and strolling along the water. I would come back again. PS. I believe I was given the largest room in the hotel, and I am guessing other rooms on the other floors were quite a bit smaller.

Lovely hotel nice & central with free car parking a less than 5 mins walk away. Close to the beaches, marina & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good, not a huge choice but plenty for most people. Only niggle for us was we had the private terrace option which wasn't private at all & 3 times we found people using our beds on our "private" terrace right outside our doors, which was annoying. Not sure it was worth the extra as everyone else used it!

Perfect location and a great yeM

The WiFi didn’t really work the entire time. When we asked at the front desk they kind of just shrugged and said there was nothing they could do about it. A/C in room kept shutting off on its own, again they said there was nothing they could do. Not their fault but annoying: very loud concert behind the hotel until 3am, drunk teens making noise in hallways and slamming doors until 7am. Rough nights sleep

A very late arrival due to airport problems. A lovely welcome by the night porter. An excellent room. Noisy bar opposite until 0400. Hotel immaculate, staff lovely. Breakfast a little disappointing, few choices but loads of alternatives within 5 minute walk.
