This place worked out fine for us. 10 minute walk to the Metro station. Lots of great places to eat nearby

Stayed there for one night in transit. Great hotel, very responsive staff. I had just flown in from the US. They were very accommodating with luggage and getting the room ready. The room itself was very nice - clean and quiet. Very happy with this hotel.

I booked only because the description says: " park available on site, 15 euro" for a surprise, there IS NO PARKING, I had to park in another place, carry my luggage and paid 40 euro.

Hotel in a good location next to Navigl canal area, 20 mins walk from Duomo. Clean and bright with a good breakfast selection and very helpful reception staff. Slightly noisy as it is next to a McDonalds and tram stop, but the sound proofing is pretty effective. We enjoyed our stay there

The hotel was ok. But there was a particular male staff who was not nice and it appeared he was profiling. He wasn’t helpful atall and had a terrible attitude. This is particular to that staff because for the same issue another staff had a completely different approach and offered a seamless solution. I would not recommend this hotel because of this.
