Fantastic environment and service—felt like living in an art museum. The mall downstairs made everything super convenient. After checking out at noon on the last day, we ate, hung out with the kids, and then headed straight to the airport. So enjoyable!

This Hotel Éclat Beijing is very amazing, room is very nice and clean. We stayed at room with indoor terrace which is very stylish design and cozy. Staffs can speak English fluently, very friendly and helpful. The hotel is full of wonderful art pieces dipalyed everywhere so you can enjoy staying here like being in fine art museum (surprisingly lots of Salvador Dali pieces here). Location is in center of city with nearby metro station, make it super easy to go around. Overall after staying here for one week, this hotel is extraordinary impressive in every aspects and it easily can be the most stylish hotel in the whole Beijing city. Highly reccommend.

A pretty amazing place. As a hotel everything just works. But the really amazing thing is the building and the art. Hard to describe (but positive!), but you will remember it longer than most hotels you get to stay in ;-)

Canadian Tourists Review : Hotel Eclat was our first stop on a long journey through China and it was amazing! The hotel is a SERIOUS artistic boutique hotel putting on display some glamorous art pieces in both the lobby, adjacent luxury mall (wonderful shopping) and building grounds! You will not stop taking photos around every corner! The staff knew enough English to make us feel very comfortable and was super friendly in all our interactions. The restaurant had by far the best buffet breakfast we had on our entire trip! Everything was fresh and delicious with so much variety! We missed it so much!! The rooms were interesting as they had these comfy terraces that looked down onto the amazing adjacent luxury mall. The air conditioning was nice and really quiet, but we couldn’t control it. TIP - ROOM TYPE : If sleep is really important, you might NOT want to do a terrace room as the adjacent rooms might have loud visitors on the terrace and keep you up till morning (our experience). Soundproofing is minimal. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The beautiful Artistic Themes, the beautiful decorations, the Jazz music 🎷 playing. The staff personal so helpful,Kind, and accommodating with delicious treats and wet towels & refreshing drinks to greet/welcome guess. Perfect location near to Authentic Asian cuisine and shopping malls( The Silk). Best ivee all Hotel I've stayed so far.

I have been staying at this hotel for the last 8 or 10 years. Is my favorite hotel in the world. The service is superb!! They take care of every detail, and always make you feel important. Will keep staying here in the future.

We recently stayed at Éclat Hotel in Beijing and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is beautifully designed, with a unique art-inspired atmosphere and a luxurious, boutique feel. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and spotless—everything felt clean and well-maintained. Service was professional and friendly throughout our stay. The location is also great, with easy access to shopping and dining nearby. One issue we had was with the breakfast. We booked two rooms for four adults and one child via Hotels.com, and the booking stated that everything was covered. However, upon arrival, we were informed that breakfast was only included for four guests. It was a bit disappointing, especially since we had booked for five people in total and the reservation system didn’t make this limitation clear. Aside from that, everything else was smooth and enjoyable. We'd definitely consider staying here again, but would recommend double-checking breakfast policies in advance.

We were excited by this unique hotel, especially for Beijing. However we must say that perhaps they’re “trying a bit too hard”. Too many remote controls in the room, an iPad for hotel services that didn’t work, a restaurant closed for renovation, the only bar in the hotel, not to mention the very upscale mall adjacent without a bar/lounge, and weak offerings for afternoon tea made the rather high price questionable

The whole experience at the hotel was out of this world. We got pampered, got a tour of the place and its vast art collection, the room was beautifully themed (Harry Potter style!), And we could not get enough of the terrace and the private pool. By far one of the besr hotels we stayed at.

Very good hotel with Dali art collection.... I am impressed... better than both ritzcarlton in financial district and four seasons we have stayed this year!
