There is no heat, the breakfast was 2 spoons or scrambled egg. The check in clerk was 12 years old maybe ??

A good stay in a quiter part of Cusco. 20 mins walk to the main square. Lovely staff and breakfast. Room was cosy and hot shower was nice! Only issue was room got very cold at night and there are no heaters so had to use extra blanket. Would recommend and stay again!

Would recommend staying at Wifala for your stay in Cusco. Hotel was clean and Jason (front desk staff) went above and beyond to accommodate any needs and questions we had while we were there. We stayed for 3 nights and he made sure we had secured a ride to our destinations. Breakfast was pretty good and served at your desired time.

The staff were lovely but the building is poorly designed with no sound proofing in the walls or floors so extremely noisy. The plumbing is also very loud. The hotel is located a long way from the city centre in a suburban area.

The staff was really friendly and gave great advice and recommendations on tour packages. Great follow through with service. The hotel is really clean and decorated nicely. The cook for the morning breakfast buffet was super sweet and cooked up some mean scrambled eggs. The only reason I didn’t rate it 5 was because the bathroom was a little cramped and the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in, but overall a great hotel that gets my recommendation.

The worst experience in Peru! We had reserved a room with two single beds, instead they gave us a double bed room. 10x10 feet with hardly enough space to get around the bed. The mattress felt like a box spring we hardly slept. Our room was just over the reception next to the staircase and very noisy, staff yelling in the early morning. Not at all close to the center you have to take a taxi at night. Definitely not recommended!

This is a small boutique hotel. The hotel itself is quite modest but I'm not sure if Peru has much more to offer. My particular room was somewhat small but I know other rooms did offer more. Staff here are very welcoming and attentive and will help in whatever way they can. That being said, I don't think they had much control over the limited cable channels or low water pressure. What they did do is make me a personalized breakfast, help me contact local entertainment and food and always say hi!

This hotel was a 1 night stay before going to and coming from Macchupicchu, Never-the-less the town of Cuzco was better than I expected. Staff did not know English

The front desk was great at helping us get to where we needed and was able to find us the best deals on tours and transportation. Our friends who stayed in a 5 star hotel came with us on all of the tours at it was the best value.

We loved our stay. The staff spent time helping us figure out our trip, gave us a hot water bottle to warm up the bed, and the place was incredibly tidy and thought out.

The hotel itself is located in a decent area (5 minute cab ride/15 minute walk to the Plaza). To be honest, the rooms looked larger in the photos, and they were actually quite small, felt more like a private room in a hostel. The pillows were small (we asked for extra) and the bed was uncomfortable. Room is equipped with a space heater that did not work. Cusco also has MANY stray dogs, and in this area they barked all night long, so we did not get much sleep during our stay. Had I read that in previous reviews, I would not have stayed here. The water from the sink smelled terrible, I would recommend brushing your teeth and what not with bottled water. The continental breakfast was okay, but I think it could improve with adding more breakfast options, not much to choose from. Although the staff was pleasant and accommodating, I would not stay here again.
