1.how does this hotel be rated as 4*? Everything is so rundown and dusty 2. Zero towels in my Presidential Room. I had to ask for them. 3. No Kleenex in room 4. The towels delivered to my room all smelled like cigarette smoke 5. Pebbles in the shower room flower has some missing pebbles 6. Floor is so worn out 7. No bellboy to help with luggage 8.I was told at check-in that buffet breakfast would be served until 11am. When I got there at 10:40am but was refused service.

Good location, good breakfast. Staff pleasant. Room small and had no view. Needed airing, but had most amenities, except no tea or coffee. Fair value for money.

The room was spacious and clean, the staff was very friendly and competent, the only thing that I didn’t like is the bed and the covers, they’re outdated and not comfortable.One thing that was excellent was the fold at the VIP, it is to die for!

Clean, friendly, well located and very competitively priced - with lots of cafes, bars, shops and restaurants within very close walking distance. About a 10-15 mins walk from the port.

The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street. However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. The heating system was listed among the room amenities; but the heating system did NOT work at all while we were there in January. It was cold. For the price they charge, they could at least provide heating, shampoo, and shower soap.

Booked ourselves a Superior Suite at close to 140€ for a 2 day Christmas getaway. While Ceuta by itself was well decorated, and the location of the hotel was dead centre - we were taken aback by the condescending attitude at the reception. Our room.was double the price of the standard room, and yet the Receptionist told us that the restaurant was fully booked - there would be no space for us on Christmas day.

This hotel was the perfect place for our family of 4. The family room included bunk-beds, and a terrace overlooking the port and Gibraltar. It was very quiet, considering it's location in the center of the shopping and dining scene in Ceuta. Everything we needed was provided and the staff was very friendly. I can also recommend the restaurant, Itaca, for a delicious meal and great wine selection. We'll certainly stay here again!
