Excellent

Its was great.

We had a pleasant stay. Staff was friendly. The breakfast was great. It was clean and felt safe. The air systems were challenging to get to work, but other then that, it was great.

Horrible staffing

Good option but it is located in a difficult part of the city. The hotel is quiet but the traffic to get in or out is not easy.

Hotel Review: The stay was okay but nothing exceptional. The room was clean and had the basic amenities, but the overall experience felt average. The service was decent, though not particularly warm or welcoming. The location was convenient, which was a plus, but the atmosphere lacked charm. The breakfast options were limited and not very appealing. For the price, I expected a bit more in terms of comfort and service. It’s a functional place to stay, but I wouldn’t go out of my way to book it again.

El servicio y atención fue excelente, solo los cuartos muy chicos, sin refrigerador ni closets, tampoco cajones para guardar la ropa.

The hotel was very amazing. We love how quiet it was for us staying at the hotel. Staff were amazing as well. The uber driver that they had Jonathan was amazing to us as well very attentive when needed to get around the area

Fue horrible, escogí pagar en el hotel, me enviaron un email pidiendo que confirmara mi estancia llamando a un teléfono, lo cual seguí paso a paso, me contestaron y confirmaron la reserva, al llegar allá , no había habitaciones disponibles y que se había cancelado mi reserva, falta de seriedad, servicio, irresponsables, no se vale que hagan esto, ojalá y que Hoteles.com saque a este hotel de su aplicación, en todos los años que tengo usando la app nunca me había pasado un servicio tan desagradable

Easy access to main Streets , delicious Buffet!! Accesibilidad perfecta a el Blvd principal, muy cerca punto Sur mall el Buffet delicioso y todos muy cordiales y educados!

Convenient location

Great customer service from the front desk personnel. The breakfast was superb, attendees were always very attentive to our needs. The cooks prepared delicious dishes. Then we had our housekeeper Raquel, always happy to assist us with our needs. It was great to always see her big smile. We are very happy with our stay at the Encore and are already planning to return but this time with family and friends.

I stayed at the Ramada Encore for 9 days with the family. The room was maintained clean, bed was comfy and breakfast was great.
