I loved my stay at this hotel

Nice modern hotel Pleasant, helpful staff.

This hotel is well maintained and offers free parking on site, which is a big deal in Lecce. It is a short drive away to parking garage near the historic center. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good.

Súper clean and modern room! Breakfast buffet good with many options. Lots of parking on site. Make sure of directions that front desk staff give you… we were sent at least one and a half mile out of the way walking to enter old town, when it’s only a short 20 min walk. Would stay again here

Ottimo hotel, camera pulita e ordinata. Ottimo servizio. Ottima colazione, consiglierei un po' di varietà e di cambiare ogni giorno perché è divertente fare colazione giorno dopo giorno. Un'altra piccola cosa: consiglio di cambiare gli asciugamani in camera perché sono troppo sottili e vecchi ed è ora di cambiarli. Non asciugano il corpo dopo il bagno. Parcheggio molto comodo.

A comfortable stay but with room for improvement... We found the 8piuhotel to be great value for money in Lecce - affordable and modern. Although it's about a 25 minute walk to the city centre or other main attractions, we actually enjoyed the stroll back after dinner, especially in the cooler air temperatures at night. That said, I'd personally rate the hotel closer to a 3 star than a 4 star. While the sleek, contemporary style is appealing, it does come at the expense of any character - it felt almost impersonal. Our main issue was with the shower. We experienced inconsistent water temperature throughout our entire stay, with the water either scalding hot despite adjusting the dial to cold. It would constantly fluctuate unpredictably between too hot, cold and briefly comfortable. We raised this with reception twice but unfortunately, no action was taken. On the second occasion we were pretty much immediately told that everything looked fine, which was frustrating given it was an ongoing problem and clearly not fine. I don't usually leave reviews, but I hope this feedback encourages the team to look into this issue. A reliable shower is a basic expectation, especially at a 4 star hotel. To end on a positive, the bed was exceptionally comfortable - I slept very well each night which was great. The free breakfast inclusion was also good, providing enough variety of food options for all.

Great hotel for 3 nights exploring the area. Staff, room and breakfast were excellent. Only downside was the longish walk into the city centre.

The property was ok and the staff were ok. The waiters at breakfast were were nice and helpful. The rest of the staff were ok.

Very nice

Great convenient hotel for visiting Lecce and surrounding areas on our road trip. A 15 minute walk to the old town. Comfortable bed, great shower. Breakfast had many options, although the quality could have been better (for example the juice was not fresh or pure fruit).

Modernly furnished

Easy free parking, good breakfast, quiet, good room except there was no shower enclosure - water just sprayed on bathroom floor.

Stay was good overall. The reason for the poor review is the extremely rude female agent at check-in. I have never been treated so poorly at a hotel. Also, the temperature control in the room was difficult to use, and would not go below 21 degrees, which was not accurate, as the room was still too warm at that setting.
