Adil manager was great

Booked a double non-smoking room. Was checked into a double smoking room with an odd smell. Requested to change room to a non-smoking room in-line with my booking. Was given a single bed room which was reported to be non-smoking despite there being a strong smell of smoke in the corridors.

Very nice hotel to stay but poorly managed. Staff was very nice but I would expect better for the kind of money they're charging. Other than that it was a fine place to stay.

Quiet hotel, slow internet, breakfast could be better.

must make some renovations on some furniture

I've stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. Receptionists are friendly. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast buffet is huge. I wish I could have enough time for the pool/spa.

Nice clean large room with very friendly staff. An excellent breakfast with plenty of choice Wish I had the opportunity to stay longer to enjoy the facilities

Stayed for three nights on business trip. Room was very comfortable. I could only eat in the bar/restaurant due to covid restrictions but good selection and good quality. All staff very friendly and helpful. Will stay again.

Stayed for three nights on business trip. Could'nt fault the hotel in any way. Ate in the restaurant and it was good on all occasions. Some facilities not available due to Covid restrictions. Not a lot in immediate area but TL30 taxi ride to centre. Reception can arrange Covid testing. Would recommend and will stay again.

The hotel was nice, the area full of good restaurants, the breakfast buffet was good. An outside swimming pool would have been nice.

There is only one problem with this hotel the air conditioning in the rooms does not cool enough. Rooms and hotel are nice as is the breakfast
