However, the soundproofing in the rooms was a bit poor, and the pillows, in my personal experience, were too thick, causing discomfort and neck strain while sleeping. The air conditioning system was also a bit weak. Overall, it's worth a stay.

The staff were all lovely and helpful, and the common areas, from the lobby to the breakfast area, were airy and full of natural sunlight and breeze. I really enjoyed it.

I've been here many times, and everything has been fantastic. The staff, from reception to room service, are all very enthusiastic and attentive. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and luxurious. The food is excellent, with both European and Asian dishes that are delicious and suit my taste. Suggestion: The hotel should improve the soundproofing in the Vela area; guests joking around outside are very loud inside.

The landscape is beautiful, the beach is clean, and the staff are friendly. The prices are affordable, offering a wide range of services for customers. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for a first-time visitor.

- Location: Quite good, easy to get around to restaurants if you have your own car, very close to Ong Dia Rock Beach, about 4km drive to Mr. Crab's Embankment restaurant. - Services: Early check-in available if rooms are available, welcome drink + cold towels, comfortable waiting area. - Amenities: Free Wi-Fi in both rooms and grounds. I really liked the sun loungers and chairs overlooking the sea; there were quite a few chairs, the atmosphere was quiet, the beach was beautiful and wide. The swimming pool was clean and great for swimming. - General cleanliness: The beach has sand-cleaning but not thoroughly; only the sand on the beach is cleaned, there is still trash in the sun loungers. This needs improvement. However, the grounds are very clean. - Rooms: Very clean, with all the amenities I needed, hot water always available, strong flushing for showers and toilets, and a very natural, relaxing scent of shower gel. I especially liked the powerful exhaust fan in the bathroom; I never smelled any unpleasant odors. The bedding was okay, but the blankets were a bit thin and felt cold; they should be upgraded to thicker ones. The soundproofing was poor; I could hear noise from the next room and the sound of chairs being moved around in the upstairs room. - Breakfast buffet: The fish cake noodle soup was delicious, the menu changed daily, and the food was a variety of Asian and European dishes that suited my taste. I was very satisfied with the breakfast. The food refills were a bit slow and the portions were small. This needs improvement.

The resort is very private, very suitable for couples or families. The food in the resort is also delicious. However, the road is a bit steep, families with elderly people should consider. Young families are fine.
