Very friendly and courteous staff with excellently maintained rooms. Very comfortable bed and thorough daily cleaning. The lobby is beautiful. The rooms and hallways are beautiful. There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options.

The hotel, the staff, the cleanliness and decor are all near perfect. It was a great stay! The location is a bit out of the way though but for the price and quality, I didn't mind the extra 20 minutes drive each day.
