The staff was great, the hotel was quiet. Breakfast wasn't much but no biggie with several food options close by.

We were in Shelbyville for a horse show at Cooper Steel Arena. Hotel is a great location. Clean, safe and quiet.

We visited local distillery and just wanted somewhere to sleep so we didn't have to drive far after sipping whiskey all day so expectations weren't super high. However, there was no outlet for a phone charger, no large towels, and the bed was kinda hard so it wasn't super great. Nevertheless, it was decent, fairly clean, air conditioner worked great & although area was kinda sketchy-- I'm from Memphis, so we werent really bothered too much by it. Didnt really see anything suspicious or that made us feel unsafe. We just needed rest for one night before headed out. I would say decent overall, nice space, jus lacked some comfort/convenience. Front desk staff were kind and quick with check in.

This hotel is horrible. My whole family stayed here and half of us had something wrong with our rooms. Sink falling and mattress sheet were dirty even though they said they changed them. Just awful

While the host and receptionists were nice, the hotel was not what we expected. On the outside, the property appears to be kept up well, but I had to check out after night one because I saw two roaches and they were big, which to me, says they’ve been there a while.

We left AirPod pros in our room and called to ask about having them shipped to us. We were told the cleaning people did not find any in our room. Too bad we can track them with "find my" on our Apple account and saw them still at the hotel. The manager was supposed to call us but never did. Someone there lied and pocketed AirPod pros.

The room itself was clean and tidy. The bathroom was pretty average. The stopper for my sink was missing and you could right into the drain. It's not the most appealing site knowing that hundreds of guests have used the bathroom.

Listed as an accessible room, it was not, especially not the bathroom. However, the best hotel in Shelbyville. Was clean and comfortable. Could have used a chair or two without wheels, especially since it was supposed to be an accessible room. Breakfast was average.

Decent room for the price.. but right behind the hotel is a trailer park… lots of people coming and going/ lots of people hanging out and drinking in the parking lot in the evening time… kinda sketchy

I enjoyed my stay because it was convenient to everything that I had planned that weekend, the staff was very friendly, I was able to walk and get breakfast at our restaurant, the hotel they have continental breakfast, but I want to get out and walk around. I enjoyed my stay and I will be using it again. It’s on the main highway. Everything you want once you come out of private you either go left or right
