Lovely ski lodge perched above Saint Veran. Great pool, sauna and steam room; easy slopes access.

Great experience in all aspects, great location, pool and spa facilities clean and ample. All the staff were really welcoming and helpful, especially the man who was looking after the valet parking. We had a great meal at the restaurant, although would be good to have a cheaper/ more basic option too (although there are other options in the town). The initial room (114) we were allocated was a little dark and overlooked, however after mentioning this we were moved to a fantastic room with a balcony (216).

The location is stunning and the hotel is of a very high standard in design and facilities. What was really disappointing was the fact that whilst boasting 3 restaurants only one was open. Arriving at 2:30pm there was nowhere for a late lunch not even a snack in the bar. The only food available was in the newly awarded Michelin star restaurant which looked the part and I'm sure it has very fine cuisine but there wasn't anything that I fancied on the menu. Neither were there any restaurants open in the village so we had nothing to eat from the morning through to the following day. For such a beautiful hotel destination it was a serious disappointment. The hotel had only just been opened the previous day for the season and was obviously not ready. If we had known we would have stayed elsewhere. That said the staff at reception were extremely welcoming and willing to help but not in a position to get us fed. I think from the reviews that this is a brilliant place for winter holidays but not for the rest of the year. Having stayed at three hotels on the way to this through France and Italy this was the most expensive and the biggest let down.

Beautiful location, fantastic hotel with great service and food. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning!

Séjour très agréable dans un village de montagne. Bien placé pour partir en randonnée.

Hôtel parfait, personnel au top

Cela fait 3 ans que nous séjournons dans cet hôtel pour les vacances de février. Cette année le personnel bien que toujours agréable , était débordé ! L’excuse était que l’hôtel était complet ! Bref niveau direction rien n’a été anticipé avec un hôtel complet pour assurer les prestations d’un hôtel 4 étoiles . Chambres faites à moitiés, bar du rez de chaussé fermé la plus part du temps à l’heure de l’apéritif !par manque de personnel. Le directeur a changé et cela se ressent , dommage car le prix lui n’a pas changé !

Parfait! Très propre Tous les membres du personnel étaient au top! Rien à dire à part bravo et merci ! Mention spéciale pour Mallaury au restaurant et le masseur du spa!

Très bon séjour de 2 jours , dommage que lors de l’apéritif au Rez de chaussée la cheminée ne soit plus alimentée. Pas de cheminée au restaurant en panne. Petit déjeuner, pas assez de produits bio Fruits, salade de fruits (pommes avec peau, dommage Concernant l’accueil , tout était parfait , gentillesse pour le personnel chambres très propres .

En couple 7 nuits super hôtel et très bonnes prestations en générale Restaurant revoir les accompagnement en légumes pas assez copieux pour une ambiance montagnarde ainsi que la rapidité du service, manque souvent des plats non disponibles

Super séjour dans cet hôtel . Le petit dejeuner est très bien , le restaurant avec une terrasse près des pistes , le parking , la piscine intérieure ( qui mérite qques degrès en plus ) , les chambres , et surtout l'efficacité et gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel . Bravo à tout le monde , et en particuliers à Mallory au restaurant , une top dans sa fonction

Très bel hôtel excellent accueil, bien situé à 150 mètres des pistes dd ski excellent petit déjeuner décor très agréable bien équipé personnel charmant.

Rien à dire.accueuil charmant, disponibilité des personnels attentifs. Équipements parfaits. Resto simple,mais excellent. On a affaire à des professionnels Bravo

Très bon confort dans cet hotel où nous étions logés à 2 en suite junior avec chambre en mezzanine et terrasse avec transats et chaises face à l'eglise et la montagne. Nous avons profité de l'espace bien-être avec piscine intérieure et extérieure, jacuzzi et sauna (le hammam etait hors service). Très bonne prestation de petit-déjeuner et restaurant bistronomique. L'hôtel est au coeur de St Véran avec toutes les commodités.

24h en montagne, avec de belles prestations, du confort et un bel hôtel atypique ! Toute l'équipe est très agréable et aux petits soins. Bravo !

Séjour sans fausse note . L’acceuil, le confort et la propreté sont irréprochables . Merci Justine. La cuisine du restaurant est délicieuse . L’espace détente a besoin d’un rafraîchissement et la salle de sport ouvre ses portes trop tardivement à mon goût ( 7h30 au lieu de 8h30 ce serait parfait.
